Very solid overall

Staff was very friendly. Amenities were lacking with a pretty basic gym, small pool and outside pool was closed. Restaurant service was good but food was only okay. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall very nice stay

This particular hotel and staff doesn’t function properly together. They didn’t communicate the right information and marked me as a no show after I spoke with their staff on several occasions when I missed my flight the day of checkin. I spoke for 7 minutes to a front desk person regarding moving my days from May 7th to May 8th which she said that’s not a problem being that you missed your flight. After explaining to her I missed my flight due to TSA misplacing my shoe she confirmed that she will make of note of my new check in time and date. The next morning I called to confirm and they act like that had no idea what I was talking about then directed me to call Expedia to have the dates moved because they can not. They I explained that the person ensured me that this was all taken care of. She said no they marked you as a no show but your reservation is still active and that you can call Expedia and have them move your dates for you. Well Expedia mentioned that the fact that the hotel marked you as a no show it activated the stay and that there is nothing Expedia could do. The hotel said that they could give a refund due to the misunderstanding and Expedia follow up with the report. Needless to say today I received and email that through several attempts from Expedia the were unsuccessful in their attempts of communication with the hotel. Therefore they could not secure a refund for the two nights I paid , therefore leaving me without accommodations after my plane landed.

The front desk employees were super friendly from the time we entered and the time we left the hotel! The room was spotless and the beds were really comfortable. It was very convenient with Applebee's Restaurant a walk up the steps from the parking lot! We would definitely stay again.

I unfortunately did not get the young ladys name, but the night receptionist when I checked in was very nice and extremely helpful. She notified me immediately of an issue with the hot water in the hotel and that it was being repaired as we spoke. I thought she handled what I'm sure was a difficult evening dealing with some unhappy guests with professionalism and grace. The hotel should be proud to have such dedicated, professional and pleasant personnel representing their property!

The property was fine. On arrival we were given the wrong room. After some time it was corrected. We wete given 2 buffet passes to compensate. We were told buffet open til 10, but when my husband went they had already shut down. The room was clean.
