Stayed only one night. Lovely comfortable bed, spacious living area with second tv, bathroom ridiculously small. Nice breakfast as always. Do NOT like the policy of holding an extra $100 per stay in case there are damages!

One of the reasons I should there was because of the pool which was nasty all they did was pour chlorine but never swept it. There was no filter running. It was just like a cloud of I don’t know what and here. They also charge me $10 a day for parking which I never was charged that in any hotel I ever stood in

Only complaint was that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working on both days of our stay. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. The only elevator that goes down to the restaurant & bar area was out of order. Very inconvenient to have to use the steps or the ramp in the front of the hotel when our room was in the back.

When we arrive the computers were down and staff was helpful and the person at the bar was very knowledgeable about the area and helpful with getting around. The elevators were broken and it was slow to go up and down. The HVAC was down and operating properly. The facade is nice but the operations is old and needs enhancements.

Take the stairs
I was stuck in the elevator twice during my stay. Once for about 10 15 minutes which is a lot in a small hot space unsure of what the outcome could be. Staff seemed aware of the problem however it didn’t seem a concern and they continued to operate the elevator. The second time I was stuck for about 3 minutes however I know longer wanted to play roulette and took the stairs. I also have to comment when I spoke to the lady at the desk after the first time being stuck she commented like well we got you out like it was not big deal. Siding even offer me a bottle or water or anything. Needless to say I won’t be returning

Seems to be an older property that hasn’t been maintained at the highest standards I would expect from a Hilton property. From checking in and my card being charged twice to the fact there are two elevator cars for eight floors which oh by the way are also used by the cleaning crew, to the restroom size to the internal doors falling off the hinges. Just not a $300 dollar a night facility!! I did book through Expedia, and then I couldn’t get the military rate which I didn’t know about. Not pleased about that either!
