This hotel was fine for a quick stop and sleep along I-95. There were some dining options around and convenience stores, gas stations, etc. Our sheets and towels were clean and comfortable, but the interior of the building is extremely dated. Carpets were in need of an update, I did not want to be barefoot in our room. In our room we had: lamps unplugged/not working, no working AC, the TV remote did not work. Continental breakfast was decent and the front desk staff were very pleasant.

This place is a dump. The tried to "update" it at some point but it's just paint over everything falling apart. Had I not paid in advance we would have left. The pool was gross and there was chemical residue on the tiles. There were stains on the carpet and bedding, the pull out couch had crumbs on the sheets , the bathroom was falling apart, there were literally screw in the granite holding it on. The shade was torn and wouldn't close all the way and the carpet was ripped up. Do not stay here.

Very clean; rooms are very nice Front desk employee i checked in with was very friendly however when my fiance asked another front desk employee a question she was rude towards him. Uncalled for. Jetted tub in the actual room was a bit of a surprise! We were thinking it was just a regular room that had a large bathroom for a jetted tub. Our room was like a couples retreat

Always Stayed here until...

I have stayed at this location multiple times since 2022 as my son attends the local university. I love the area because it is close to Walmart, 3 minute drive and a hospital. Each time, the facility has OLD carpeting up the stairs, the hallway and in the room. It's like 1975 old, and I was alive in 1975. Additionally, the bathrooms still need updating, not shoddy patch work. But again, I still stay here because of its proximity to businesses I frequent when in town. This time, I had BED BUGS in my bed. I did take pictures to show front desk. I will not post. The first time EVER I've experienced this here or anywhere. I am very disappointed in this. I should be reimbursed for all the cortisone I needed to purchase. I CHECKED Out. Tina was understanding, but this is a larger issue that this location is facing. They need to update the facility and not just patch work. ALL the carpeting needs to be removed. The room decor was fine. The morning breakfast is good and the lady that oversees it is extremely pleasant!

This hotel charges 100.00 for incidentals that they cant explain what they would be. Then i go tothe room that is rancid with weed smoke. When i go back to the desk they dont care but say they will make a note so i dont get charged the 250.00 clean fee. I ask what the heck they do with the clean fee if not cleaning the smoke up? I forced them to give me a room that someone reserved but didnt claim yet. This is a dirt bag hotel and sorry that i stayed there but i was too late to look for another one.
