Trip ro Petersburg, Va.

We are traveling from NY to FL and met some relatives who are previous property owners in Petersburg. Our stay at Country Inn was enjoyaablle. The placec was very clean snd well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady assigned to the breakfast room was very thorough in keeping the room clean and well stocked. The hot breskfast. was good. We ate dinner at Roma's Ristorante on Rt. 460. The food was good and the staff stayed later to clean up until we left. All in all, our visit to Petersburg was very pleasant.

Nice Hotel

The room was ver clean and neat. The TV wasn’t working properly at first, it came on but the screen was black. But after turning it off and on a couple times the picture finally came up. That was the only issue with the room. Other than that, it’s a very clean hotel, spacious, and smelled great. I could tell they take great pride in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in a whole. Definitely going to stay there anytime I’m in the area.

The only issue I have with my room was the way the shower curtain is designed. I had a hard time getting it to stop sliding to the middle of the pole. Eventually I was able to use towels to keep them in place and the bathroom floor from getting wet. Other than that, staff was amazing. Really friendly and accommodating.

The jet tub was fantastic!! The king bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The shower handle was broken and the carpet around the air unit was wet. The curtains would not shut all the way.

Outside looked dirty with soiled sidewalk. The room reserved had cockroaches running across desk are when entering room. Room had an odor. Carpet dirty and tacky when walking on it. The desk clerk pleasant Again, all carpet throughout hotel. General hygiene and appearance dirty.
