We liked the property itself, but it is well worn, and in need of freshening up before it falls the wrong side of nice. Housekeeping too, is limited, and could be stepped up. Fingermarks all over the elevator. Pictures askew on the walls, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in days. But the room was nice enough, and the breakfast was fresh. The staff for check-in and for the breakfast were outstanding though, and very friendly and positive.

Overall….. not again

Booked a suite. Very Very small! Definitely an older room. Bed clean. AC stopped working after one night. Had to switch to a 2 bed room and seemed much more current to date and a lot less flaws then first room. Would not Book again for us. :/

Don’t stay here. The room we got smelled so strong of cigarettes, the shower head had gunk all over it, stains all over the floors, and while the bed “looked” freshly made, once the covers were turned back, there were stains on the sheets. We left and did not stay.

Everything was great except they didn't do room service. I had to ask them to take out trash. After the first time asking them I just decided not to ask them. When im staying for long periods of time I expect to get room service as it is included in the price.

It was a nice stay. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t wake up with sore back, so that is a plus. The shower/tub just seemed a little off. I don’t know if it was the shower curtain or the tub itself but I felt like it was tilted downward. We’ve had worse. The front desk attendant was very nice. Easy to talk to and it made me feel welcomed.

At check-in was told internet was out and would not be on till the following day. In Gym no sanitizer or wet wipes to wipe down equiptment . Lobby men's room no towels in either holder . Reported to front desk but next morning still empty.
