Check in was great. Room was average. There were a number of bugs found in the bathroom. Went to use the hairdryer, plugged it in and it just started smoking. Went down to check in for a replacement and was told they don’t have any. Breakfast was good. Hotel right off 95 so it was convenient.

Front desk work standing by front entrance smoking and we had to walk through the smell which stinks. They then come inside and handle my license without washing their hands which is gross. Shower was dirty. Handle to turn on the shower was so stiff it get like it was gonna break, breakfast lady watches everyone like a hawk, she just sits there and shakes her head the whole time, my daughter left the lid up by accident and the lady came and made her get up and walk back and close the lid. The lady walked right by it and left it open just to teach us a lesson I guess. We will never stay at this location again, it just wasn’t a great stay overall.

When we arrived on Wednesday evening the hallways and the bathroom in the lobby were untidy. There was tissue on the floor of the lobby bathroom and the hallways (lobby and sleeping rooms floors) had debris on them. Ice maker was out of order on the 3rd floor. The elevator was not working on Thursday morning. We reported it on our way out. We were out most of the day Thursday when we returned the hallways were clean and the elevator was repaired. Ice maker was not working entire stay. The refreshing lemon water in the lobby and the breakfast 'each morning' was on point. Very delightful additions to our stay.

Most of the Trip was good, was upset that the elevator was out of service. There was no indication from the front desk until we actually walk to the elevator. We were on the 4th floor and my sister has bad knees. This was unacceptable
