They told us that the entire 5th floor had damage from a recent storm - but there was no recent storm. The door to our room wouldn't open. I had to play with it for a while. Once opened, took 2 steps in and turned around. Smelled absolutely awful. Front desk said that our room had a leak that they tried to clean - so they knew about the leak but had no other rooms beside one that wasn't cleaned! Because I booked through Expedia, they couldnt refund me. By the way, this was all happening at 130am, and our 2 children were with us. So we were stranded with no hotel. We had to call and drive to hotels around the area until we finally found one that had a room available. This hotel should have never booked rooms if they couldn't guarantee that they were safe and clean. What a complete disgrace!

The room was clean and all the staff o encountered were very friendly. The room was comfortable but needs some fixing up. The breakfast was pitiful. No toast, muffins, bagels. No Splenda. I got a great price on my stay but will not return as there are so many other places to stay.

Great place to stay

Needed to make a last minute change to my itinerary and the staff was more than accommodating and didn’t charge a cancellation fee for one night that was canceled. Also, there was a problem with the toilet in my original room, but they were quick to move me down the hall. Great customer service!

When I went to check into the hotel, the lobby was packed , there were two ladies at the front desk at first and then one left leaving the other lady there to check in all of these people and when she returned, she decided to get on her phone and not help anyone. The room that I stayed in had a musty smell, the carpet was dirty and the handle on the toilet was broken so you had to keep jiggling it to get the water to fill back up in the tank. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again..

The room smelled like wet dog and carpet was sticky. Bathroom tiles were broken and some were loose. Room was not cleaned and linens (which were not stocked properly for the amount of people we reserved the room for) were never replaced. When we went to the front desk, we were given hand towels (no wash cloths or regular size towels to dry off). Other guests were in line asking for the same thing and staff advised they had no towels at all. Breakfast- no juice, no bottled water, only coffee and hot water was available. I did not expect a 5 star hotel, but thought we would at least get the bare minimum of what we paid for, which absolutely did not happen. Extremely surprised and disappointed.

The service want good. Didnt have clean towels. The people beside us was very noisy all night long and the front desk did nothing. The shower head barely sprayed water. Room floors were ditry, found rotten food on the floor .

The guy at the front desk was nice and accommodating. Overall the hotel seems a little rundown and neglected. Our room didn’t have toilet paper so we had to go ask the front desk at midnight. We were here for only about 8 hours overnight but it was cheap and got the job done.
