Thins walls, spring bed frames and HARD wood edges on the bed. People above me REALLY enjoyed their stay. However, for the price it was a very good stay.
On the surface, excellent, but… only one set of towels, no hair conditioner or blow dryer, no Kleenex, no blanket on the bed (in 35 degree weather), but one on the shelf. Full kitchen, with dishwasher, but no plates, cups, pots or pans. No pool or hot tub. No breakfast. The bed was comfortable. These were relatively small issues, but it felt like they weren’t prepared for guests.
Yesenia and Chad were great and friendly. I was able to do an earlier check-in for 11am which was amazing, room was brand new, but floors could have been a little more clean (vacuum/mop). Otherwise overall stay was great thank you!
I didn't get to exercise. They told me I was not able to stay there as I was trying to Check-in and it's because of a loud mouth really inappropriate. Staff front desk operations. Who was telling me to get out and to get out now. I was in middle of packing. Told her to give me the December minutes and I'd be out. She refused and said she'd come back knocking at the door again and she didn't 5 minutes, which was her a** in it. And then said I cursed at her.So therefore I needed to be black listed.Never.Did they ask me a question or interview me about it?But isn't the customer supposed to be always right?Just common sense.I'm thinking I'm extremely appalled.And it happened to me obtained The Times around here.I don't understand why
The hotel is new so that is great. I would describe the rooms as IKEA like.
The first room we checked into had a very strong odor from the organic cleaning supplies, but they found us a room not cleaned with it which smelled fine. Great service by the way helping us find another room. Beds were a bit stiff for my liking, but my wife was good with it.
