It was very nice, the only reason i said good instead of excellent is I felt the beds were too high. As a shorter person, not only was the bed high, but if u sit on the edge or try to throw a leg over to get in, the whole bed slides because is on tile. This was even more difficult as a person with a mobility disability. I was in town for a surgery & if I hadnt ended up staying in the hospital overnight, I medically would have had no way to "scoot'" myself into the high bed. Also myself & friend both thought the side of the tub was higher than the average. U may have ADA rooms that I was not aware of, but if not, I know I am not the only one who would appreciate/need a shorter bed & small walk-in shower. That aside, I would recommend Liv-Away Suites in Richland WA. Thank u.
They put us in room 121, wheelchair accessible for had to get person. We did not request that. When I arrived, they tried to give me a double bed and said that’s what I chose. It was not. The service lady called and I heard her say give them the other room. I am not happy with this. It’s not what I paid for. It was very hard to get in and out of her bed that was a foot off the ground. The bathroom was unsafe because water went everywhere for a wheelchair.
When we first received our room key, we entered a room that was unfortunately not cleaned yet. When we spoke again with the receptionist, she apologized and gave us another room. She checked the room herself before providing us the key. Room was very clean and updated. Will be returning.

Unfortunately my room was above the smoking area and whenever someone smokes it smells in the room
Amenities are bare bones
Overnight stay, easy kiosk checking. Room was top floor facing river, next to fire stairwell. Still quiet entire stay. A decent place for longer stay. Clean kitchenette and large (3/4-ish) refrigerator/freezer. Queen bed mattress on standing spring was comfortable. Room thermostat responsive for both A/C evening and heat in the morning. Would stay again when traveling through Tri-cities. Near to Costco (gas) and various restruants.
The hotel is new and as such, is pretty clean and in solid condition. There were 2 issues for me. First, hearing every noise in the rooms around me. I expect to hear my neighbors some in a hotel, but as an example, I was hearing one neighbors stomach issues and every complaint they uttered outloud in the middle of the night. The room seemed to lack any insulation. Second, the bedding is pretty bad. You have a sheet then a cover the same thickness as the sheet. There's a
Convenient and a great price. Hotel is newer and was clean. Was a bit noisy with being able to hear doors opening/closing, music in other rooms and a train that runs behind the property. Nice kitchenette, but need to bring your own dinnerware/cookware or purchase at the property. No hair dyers available in case you are used to using those typically provided by hotels.
Rooms are very basic with no frills. Very clean. Our first room the fridge didn’t work so we were moved to another room. The fan made a terrible sound all night long and right outside our window were the train tracks. The horn blowing and it sounding like the train would bust through the walls was awful at 3 am. Full kitchen but anything you need must be purchased at an additional cost. For the same price, I will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

I didnt like the fact we got a room we didnt reserve. I didnt reserve an ADA room with dirty floors and a dripping noise that kept me up all night. Nor did i appreciate that i had to ask for additional towels because they only provided enough for 1 person when it was a family of 4. This place didnt even have coffee machines in the room! Glad it was just 1night

No room at the inn
I had a confirmation from Hotels.com but when I arrived, they said that they didn’t have any vacancies and were sold out. The desk person said that he hated third party rentals like hotels.com because this happens all the time. Had to look for another place to stay.
