Disappointing
Very disappointed from last time we stayed here, had to keep going back to the desk, first room was locked from the inside and supposedly no one was in there. Second room hadn’t been cleaned. Finally 3rd room was okay. Restaurant that was in the same parking lot has also gone out of business & we’d always relied on it for food.

It was a quick overnight stay, as I was just trying to catch up on sleep traveling across the state. However, I hadn’t stayed at a hotel for a while and I didn’t appreciate the unpleasant check in experience. He couldn’t find my reservation from this app and thought I was at the wrong hotel. After he found it, I had some legitimate questions about toiletries (because I forgot to pack some) and other inquiries. He was like “haven’t you ever stayed at a hotel before?” I found it kind of rude and not friendly, regardless of my experience I should have been received warmly. Room turned out to be good, I especially liked the indoor and outdoor access features.
