Fabulous Resort
Fabulous resort to stay. We got upgraded to a suite which was just luxurious. Stella & Anastasia at reception were extremely courteous, helpful and assisted us with our various needs. Maria at the restaurant was so friendly & welcoming. Her advice as to where to go & what to see in Rhodes was spot on!

We have been coming to this hotel for many years but have never been in April. It has been a revelation !! Fantastic weather and the usual brilliant service!! A special thanks to Stavros for always making us feel so welcome and a big thanks to Emelia who has greeted us every morning at breakfast with a smile and nothing is too much trouble for her. We love the pool and the lazy river and the seafront location is briliant! From here it’s easy to access Faliraki or enjoy the wonderful old town! We will always come back here as it makes us happy!!!

We’ve been coming to this hotel for many years and it never disappoints. The facilities are great - we especially love the lazy river!! The staff can’t do enough for you and it’s close enough to the old town to visit that too. Would highly recommend it!

The hotel is nice but it lost points for charging me for a third person (child) in our second room even though the room I booked said sleeps 3. The part that made this unacceptable to me was that the island was on fire and they didn’t show hospitality/leniency to those of us who were evacuated by making an “exception”. Also the ac was not working in one of our rooms so my husband and I had to sleep on a separate floor from our children for the first night.

The staff were very friendly. The property was spotlessly clean. The buffet breakfast was fantastic. We had a very early checkout and they made sure we all had a boxed breakfast to take with us.

The staff are brilliant, the grounds are excellent with good facilities. The only 2 issues are the walking distance to tavernas in the evening especially which means you really need a car, which we had. The second is that the bathrooms really need an update, and while in it you can clearly hear your neighbours which is off putting. Neither of these things would put me off of this hotel as overall it is excellent.

Nice hotel on a gravel and stone beach. Breakfast was really good and staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was at quiet end of Faliraki so there was limited choice for eating out unless you travelled elsewhere. Biggest disappointment was the lack of drink service or bar on the beach. It was non existent and odd considering there was over 300 people there.
