Rambunctious and out of control children running up and down the halls and knocking on doors. Parents are MIA at all times even when kids are in the hot tub. Staff is unhelpful, unprofessional, and unfit to run a hotel/resort. Didn’t/couldn’t stay all night which sucked because we had 1 good night months ago. Food DOES suck. Pump for hot tub outside was not working. Sydney needs some training on how to deal with guests. “You still have to pay” she says as I left early on my own before midnight. Seriously.

My room was spacious and clean. It was comfortable with a couch, new fixtures, and large screen tv. The lobby is large an pleasant with central fireplace. The onsite pub has a limited menu but was good and convenient. The free breakfast on the other hand was disappointing. Very limited selection. No hot food, a few small oranges. Instant oatmeal, off- brand dry cereal.

Great updates being made.to the rooms. The beds were so comfy too!! We didnt have a coffee maker in our room but the buffet was close that it was an easy walk for coffee each morning. Love staying here. Brings back memories.from when we got married here! Will be back!
