It was great all yours picked up from this location. The outside looks a little date but lovely inside. The hotel is a bit of a walk into the centre though.

Not much, breakfast limited no real other than boiled eggs. No other dining choices in area. Rooms very small and dated bathroom minut. Far walk to downtown. Overcharge for use of pool. The dining buffet very interesting.

I really enjoyed my first trip to Iceland and the hotel was exactly what I was looking for and I loved every minute of my stay. The spa was exceptional!! Lovely staff!! The room was comfortable and warm! There’s nothing I could say to have improved it - thank you thank you thank you 😊

Hotel was fairly close to town, easy to get around. We rented a car and there is ample parking. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was very clean. My only complaint would be that there was no place to store your clothes in the room, no dresser or counter so we have to live out of our suitcases which was a bit of a pain. Overall we were very happy.

Decent hotel, but beds need an upgrade.

Nice hotel, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Beds were really uncomfortable, pillows too soft to be any kind of use. Room service not really functional - I had to go down to the bar to order, go back and pick it up and it was packaged like to go food so was a bit soggy by the time we ate. Staff are lovely, parking and location are great if you have a car, but if not then it’s a bit of a trek to get anywhere.

The hotel was good, although it was further out than I thought when we actually had to walk to and from the centre. there is a bus stop nearby which can be useful depending on where you need to go. Bus terminal is also nearby which is useful for the bus transfers to the airport. Hotel although busy was quiet in the room, which was clean and nice products in the bathroom. we did arrive about half an hour early, and to get into the room, they wanted to charge. We sat in reception but they allowed us to go up about 20 mins early probably down to the fact that during my check in, the staff member was on their mobile phone taking a personal call. Would recommend, just note that walking back after a long day in the city.

Very nice hotel! The most beautiful part was the Natura spa. I didn’t rent car and when i asked for shuttle to city center they don’t have and a taxi for 6 min away cost me 25 usd! And bus stops arw not really closed. Food at tje restaurant was good
