We very much enjoyed our stay at City Center Hotel. The vibe and decor was so modern and unique, the location was perfect, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again!

Great location and service. Staff is very easy going. Can get a little loud as it’s next to the bars at night, but that’s just the city experience and they provide earplugs!

I like how the rooms are large, compared to standard Nordic hotels we have stayed at. It might be a little confusing to find. But Iceland people are very helpful. Use their actual address in finding it, not what Google maps default to (makes you go thru the back door). Closest Bus Stop is Bus Stop 1. Once you got your bearings, it is in a very convenient locations, close to everywhere you want to be in Reykjavik.

Overall good experience with this hotel. It was quiet which I loved and clean for the most part. The balcony was not so much clean and my coffee cup has some coffee residue still in it. They staff were nice. This hotel is also very small which I also enjoyed. I really didn’t come much in contact with other guests though.

Great hotel! Walking distance from restaurants, shops, museums and the harbour. Close to the tourist pick up bus stop. Pretty interiors and friendly helpful stuff. The bed is was very comfortable with weighted blankets and there was a Nespresso machine in the room. I’d stay here again!

Perfect location and amazing price! Staff are so friendly and gave amazing local recommendations, rooms were clean and spacious. Some reviews said it was noisy from outside but we could barely hear it and slept great even with our room facing out. They also provided a sleep kit (eye mask and earplugs) which we didn’t need but it was a nice touch! Super cute decor. The bar seemed closed every night but I’m sure if you asked they would serve.

Great place to stay to explore Reykjavik. Comfy bed, great thick bath towels.hot showers, friendly hotel cat..nice view out big windows. Easy to catch bus for bus stop 3 from bus station. What a great hotel right in the heart of Reykjavik! It’s SO close to everything! Bus stop 1 & 3 are less than a 4 min walk away and Rainbow road is about a 7 min walk. The hotel is very cute and the rooms are super cute and modern but what makes this hotel 10/10 is the staff - specifically Mel! Mel if you are reading this - thank you for making my stay amazing. You went above and beyond and I truly appreciate you! I hope you enjoyed your time off with your frenchie! Book at this hotel people - you will not be disappointed in the least! I will without a doubt stay here again on my return visit to Iceland.

Great experience, right on the Main Street of town and convenient to both bus stops #1 and #3. Everything is walkable when it comes to food/drinks, shopping, transportation pickup/drop off for site seeing. Deep cleanliness is give a 3/5 but everything is very neat and overall a solid 4/5 since a maid comes in and straightens up every day.
