Rating: 5/5 Title: Excellent Stay – Spacious Rooms and Great Location I had a wonderful experience at Miðgarður by Center Hotels during my stay in Reykjavik. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained — a real comfort after long days of sightseeing. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the city centre, making it easy to explore key attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. One of the highlights was the breakfast. There was a wide variety of fresh options each morning, and everything was well-prepared and replenished regularly. The staff were also courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a central, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Reykjavik.

Hotel is in a great location near transportation and lots of food options. A walkable location for sure. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only two knocks are the breakfast buffet is way too expensive for what you get. The second thing is the bed. We asked for one large bed. We got two twin beds pushed together. That wasn’t great

The hotel was in a very amazing part of town. Within walking distance to some delicious restaurants and a lot of shopping options. It felt so safe, and it’s very convenient with at least three bus stops within two minutes of walk time. The staff was amazing and the spa is such a good touch at the end of a long day.

I had a layover for one day and this was a great way to spend my time. The people were nice. I was able to find an activity to do. The room was excellent and they were helpful in getting into the airport the next morning great hotel I recommend it.

We loved our stay at Miðgarður and would highly recommend. The spa was incredible, breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect to walk around and explore Reykjavik.

This isn’t the most affordable hotel in town but it has lovely amenities, including 2 hot tubs and a sauna. It’s at the end of the Main Street so it’s easy to walk everywhere, yet quiet because there aren’t any crowds.

Excellent service. Absolutely loved the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. I looked forward to breakfast every morning. It’s buffet style and oh so good!! The hotel is in walking distance to just about everything, and right next to one of the bus stops for excursions. It was the perfect fit.

Great hotel, good location

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.well located, easy to walk around the centre. There is some reserved free parking for hotel guests but there is also free parking on streets nearby. The room was a good size, very clean and modern and well equipped. There is a gym and spa, which we did not use. Good breakfast. Overall great experience, would be happy to stay again.
