Staff and convenience of location to BYUI are great. The bathroom had ants back in January and I let the staff know. Stayed in a different room in April, still had ants in the bathroom.

Decent only in a pinch

We had called halfway through our 13-hour drive out there to see what time they closed the pool and the hot tub, we were told 10p, but when we explained the distance we were coming, the desk clerk said he would leave a note for the night clerk and they could leave it open for us. We arrived at 10:15 and the night clerk would not let us into the hot tub area, insisting that the closing time was 10p. The main room was mainly clean, however the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. There was something all over the curtains, not sure how it got there and the valance of the curtain was absolutely covered in dust. There were ants all over in the bathroom and in the vanity area, so assuming they were also where it was harder to see. The water was luke warm at best, so upgrading to the room with the jacuzzi tub was a waste as we couldn't even take a hot shower. Several of the staff members were very polite, but one of the front desk staff was rude and acted extremely inconvenienced when we asked for help with something. I had booked two rooms for December, but changed my reservation, I don't think I'll go back.

Good easily accessible to Rexburg downtown and Campus. Was clean, beds comfortable. No closet. Iron mount on the wall and one hook in the bathroom were the only places to hang clothes. Not even a towel hook by the sink for a hand towel. Staff were very friendly. Eager to look things up on the computer for me and to open the pool early for me, which I really appreciated.

I just needed a place to sleep for 1 night. The staff was friendly, big gravel area to park in and a little lounge with cereal and waffle maker. I didnt see it but theres a pool too. The room was very comfortable, every thing was clean.

I would avoid this like the plague.

There was filth in the corners of the bathroom, the floors look like they had not been vacuumed, the refrigerator would squeal and screech, and something that sounded like a bad fan on an air conditioner or something sounded like a machine gun every 3 minutes. It's been a long time since I've had such a negative experience at a hotel.

1. No way to hang your clothes, no closet or clothes space. 2. Lack of proper lighting, very dim. 3. No desk or chair to sit at, in order to use a lap top. 4. Curtains aren't hung properly, in order to close at the center. Positives, nice at the counter, beds ok, but looked used under bed spread, drooping. 5. We compared room across the hall, it was much mor updated and twice as good. Disappointed that we were given that room! I don't think I will return to substandard conditions.

It was a really good stay everything was clean and felt clean. The parking could use an update. And they first sent us to a room with one of the beds flipped on its side. But they gave us a new room right away.
