The property was newly renovated and clean. It's well set up and modern. The bed was comfy with warm blankets. The room itself, was really small. We were in room 103 which shares a wall with the Luft cafe, which is open from 7 am -11pm. We could clearly hear conversations on the other side of the wall, the music they play all day and we had a personal concert on Saturday night when they had live music. We could also hear the water dripping outside our door all night. They also did not clean while we were there and we were there for 4 nights. The staff were kind and diligent when it came to ice and snow removal, and the cafe had good food, and was clean and modern. The hotel just really needs some extra insulation and service of the rooms during stays.

Ease of check in/out and employees were hospitable. Unit 115 bathroom fan and refrigerator were not working and the floor was frozen, i gather no subfloor insulation. Overall a fantastic facelift to the old structure. Loved the restaurant theme and jacuzzi. Will b back!

Good place overall. Nice new place, modern finishes A bit too close to the railway tracks for my liking so very noisy for sleeping. Walkable but a fair distance from downtown. Location is great if driving and for quick in and out when highway travelling or skiing. Cozy bar/patio/restaurant area. Nice hot tub.

Fantastic accommodating staff. We were able to extend the stay a few more nights hassle free! Nice hotel but the location is not right in the down town core- still about a 15 min walk so close, & nice mountain views.

pit was cool. Loved the dog photos posted from the dogs that stayed there. Jalapeño margarita was amazing! Hot water doesn’t last long and the door talking to you is a royal annoyance otherwise great place loved the decor. Oh yes and you must put more cheese on your nachos please they were sorely shy of any appreciable cheese. The mini fridge freezes everything my soda exploded! Love the lights and the bathroom new and nice.

Renovated and completely updated hotel. The rooms are a little on the small size so if you’re bringing lots of stuff might be tight. However, there is a storage room where you can put skis and gear. You can rent a huge locker to solve the gear problem unless you need to dry stuff. Beds comfortable, the train tracks are close but not crazy noisy. You can blue tooth unlock your door and access to certain areas through your phone once checked in and downloaded an app. You can walk to some restaurants and have good access to the highway!

We like the Individual room entrance from outside, convenient ski locker, ski rental was available onsite for pickup and drop off. Online checking in.
