Great location and services
The property is well maintained and the service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food and drinks were delicious. I especially loved the local cachaƧa. I would have used the gym and spa room more if it opened earlier.

FuncionĆ”rios atenciosos, comida muito boa e um ambiente acolhedor com muitas Ć”rvores e pĆ”ssaros. RecreaĆ§Ć£o infantil muito boa mas poderia ter mais atividades para o pĆŗblico adulto. IncrĆ­vel! Segunda vez que decidimos ir para 3 Pinheiros e nĆ£o nĆ£o arrependemos. Dessa vez ficamos na suite deluxe e foi Ć³timo. Quarto espaƧoso, limpexa impecĆ”vel todos os dias. Meu filho tem 2 anos e disposeram cama para ele. Banheiro tamanho Ć³timo. Ducha quente. PensĆ£o completa: grande e inesquecĆ­vel diferencial deles. Tudoooo de primeira. Qualidade impecĆ”vel inclusive no atendimento. ObservaƧao ao capuccino deles que Ć© maravilhoso. RecreaĆ§Ć£o: dia todo praticamente focado nas crianƧas, que a partir de 4 anos podem ficar desacompanhados. Pegamos final de semana com chuva, alĆ©m do frio. EntĆ£o recreaĆ§Ć£o fez a diferenƧa para ententer tantas crianƧas. Nosso foco acabou sendo a Ć”rea kids (que Ć© totalmente coberta e no caso de chuva foi otimooo) e piscina aquecida. AliĆ”s, piscina aquecida deliciosaaaaaaaaaaa. Com hidromassagem. Foram duas e momentos incrĆ­veis nela. Ainda pegamos a festa junina,.que amamos. AlemĆ£ de mĆŗsica ao vivo durante toda a festa, teve quadrilha, todas as comidas tĆ­picas liberadas, barraquinhas de brincadeiras, tudo temĆ”tico e lindo. Fizeram uma Ć”rea de boliche que nĆ£o tinha ano passado e estava bem animado. Para prĆ³ximo ano: nova Ć”rea da piscina com toboĆ”gua. FicarĆ” lindo. JĆ” virou vĆ­cio, vamos voltar todo ano.

ƓTIMO! Tirando a quadra de tĆŖnis, estado de conservaĆ§Ć£o MUITO bom, limpeza impecĆ”vel, quartos confortĆ”veis e equipe atenciosa. NĆ£o sei dizer se durante a semana a experiĆŖncia Ć© diferente daquela no fds, com o hotel cheio, mas foi tudo realmente incrĆ­vel - a comida, em particular, o atendimento dos garƧons e atĆ© o cuidado dos donos de conversar com os hĆ³spedes (inclusive fazendo junto as refeiƧƵes). Recomendo e voltaria com certeza!

O Hotel Ć© muito bom, limpeza e alimentacĆ£o excelente, mas um ataque de cĆ£es a mim, minha Esposa e um outro casal de hĆ³spede, ao visitarmos a cachoeira, dentro da Ć”rea do hotel, nos prejudicou a experiĆŖncia. GraƧas a Deus ninguĆ©m se feriu, o fato foi relatado a gerĆŖncia, mas fica o alerta para os futuros hospedes terem cuidado ao visitar essa Ć”rea do Hotel. Pelo que podemos apurar os cĆ£es deveriam estar presos em uma residĆŖncia prĆ³ximo a cachoeira.

Adoramos o hotel, em meio a natureza, comida muito boa, quartos grandes e limpos. No hotel tem um pista de boliche (a parte) muito legal. Tios da recreaĆ§Ć£o uns amores e muito pacientes. O hotel tem guarda vidas e um casarĆ£o do sĆ©culo XVIII (18) encantador. Ɓrea kids coberta e descoberta, piscina climatizada e aquecida. Vale muito a experiĆŖncia.
