Unexpected hiccup

We reserved our Mountain View room with a king sized bed 5 months ahead, which costed me extra. We checked in at the earliest time, but we’re told that there was not one available. I was persistent in my quest to get my room that I paid for. Finally, one came available. Other than that, everything was exception.

I will never ever order food from the casino. I felt it was misleading and terrible food. I paid more for the steak than I paid for lodging. Who would ever order a steak with out vegetables and plate of mash potatoes. I felt robbed.

Onlyone out of six elevators in service for my section of floors. But hotel was not crowded so waiting time was not too bad. Otherwise staff very nice and efficent (frontdesk, sportsbook, poker room)

A reasonable budget option. Everything everywhere smells of smoke even in non-smoking areas. Pool area is smaller than it looks. Gym doesn’t have ANY space to stretch. I could barely safely swing provided kettle bells without hitting something. There is an arcade for kids in the Circus Circus area. Food options aren’t great, but they are convenient. Parking is free

The self check was fast, easy and convenient. The bathroom could be cleaner. There were 4 plastic cups wrapped in plastic. 2 of the 4 cups leaked from pin holes. It felt a bit low end sipping Gin from plastic cups. We were in the 26th floor facing west so the sunset was nice.

Wife and I reserved a room through Expedia with a king bed three weeks in advance and upon check-in, no king beds available do to an elevator in another tower not working. Also at check-in we were told air conditioning would be turned off from midnight to 7am for repairs. Air did not come back on until late that afternoon and the room was unbearably hot for our 2 day stay. Reservation through Expedia said price includes taxes and fees but we were charged daily resort fees. I don't mind paying resort fees when amenities match the fee but in this case you get nothing! No house cleaning, no air conditioning, different room than reserved (and paid for), no credit on room rate or resort fees which are a joke! My advice, STAY AT ATLANTAS OR PEPPERMILL for your stay.
