This hotel needs a good renovation. AC is ancient, not efficient with a poor control. The location of AC grid is terrible - when you sit at the desk it blows in your head, neck, etc. If you turn it off, the air is so uncomfortable. When you are in bed, you do not feel it at all. The furnishings are so tasteless. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. In short, we dreaded time to come to the room after some activities. Thought we would enjoy some quiet time in the room with a book or watching TV. Not a chance. The staff is ok.

Reservation for deluxe king bed made 2 months in advance and paid for in advance . Upon arriving to room it was a double queen room. Hotel clerk never said a word about the room change. Lights in room didn’t work and tv didn’t work when first turned on. Made call to front desk and was told how to get tv to work. We also mentioned we reserved a king size room and rep told us they try to accommodate but kings were sold out. Unacceptable when we reserved and paid for room 2 months prior. Linens were not fresh pillow cases were put on wrong side out on a couple of them and looked dirty. Not happy with this stay.

Our check-in was tough. We arrived at 2:30 and check-in is 3:00 and it was a $35 fee to check-in early so we waited. At 3:00 we used the self-help kiosk to check in and received our card keys. Went to the elevator and cards did not work. Had to go back to kiosk for help. Have to say the employee who helped me was fantastic. Checked in and our room was fabulous. Loved our stay. Ate in the cafe restaurant and the food was very good. Our check out was easy but the parking garage was very tough. There was a line to use the elevator to get to our self-park floor. We took the stairs 6 flights and that took a while, too. Overall, would stay here again. Loved it. Just some small bumps in the road.

I would stay here again

We enjoyed our room. The only part that was discouraging is that we had booked it exclusively for the pool and hot tub, and it was closed for maintenance. I wish they would have communicated that ahead of time. They did give us some meals for compensation, but lack of the pool was a little disappointing. The room itself was clean and tidy. Very comfortable and quiet.
