Horrible, first room I checked in. There was a cockroach on the bathroom wall. It had a lingering smell of smoke in the room, contacted customer service about the issue I was offered to just take the cockroach out or move to a different room. When I opted to move, I was misinformed that the key would be reprogrammed, and I should be able to get into the new room. After a couple of attempts, I decided to walk a long way back to the registration desk and obtain a new key. There was no food place to eat that was open except one at 9 pm.

This property is 1st class and would not be out of place in a superior location such as Las Vegas. Sadly we did not feel the same way about the staff / customer experience in particular but not limited to those at the Biscotti cafe/bar

I don’t understand why they charge a resort fee and charge for parking. This seems I got scam. The property was very nice. They should just build the resort fee in to the price and people can then make a decision if they want to stay there or not.

The property is amazing. We loved the room we were in. We like football and their sports bar had all the sports games showing that we liked. We were there for 4 days and did not feel the need to leave the resort. The only downside was that we ate a a few of the restaurants inside the Peppermill and was not impressed with the food. With the high caliber of the resort including the room, the staff, the pool, decor and cleanliness, we thought they would have better food. The only place we had something to eat that we felt the quality of the food was great was Biscotti's.
