I’ve stayed here a lot, but this trip housekeeping was not at their best. I checked in at 6:30 PM and my room was not ready until 8 P.M. because it had to be cleaned. When it was ready, housekeeping took the trash can with them, so I had to call for one. The only bright side, they waived the resort fees, which was appreciated.

Overall, the room was nice; clean jet tub, working fridge, spacious bedroom. However, the bed had worn sheets and bed bugs that kept me awake all night. I saw a few dead ones after i tossed and turned throughout my sleep. Making my experience at the nugget in the petite king size room an unforgettable terrible night.
