The staff at the Rosie’s cafe is really bad. The host or the lady who help you to go to your table made us wait about 1 hour and helping others who games after us. She even had problems with other guess tag the restaurant due to her personality.

I was charged more at check-in than the rate I had booked online. The room itself was just okay. There was limited lighting, with only lamps in each corner that you had to manually turn on upon entering. The bathroom was outdated and in need of renovation. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was located in the bathroom, and it was broken, leaking from the button and spilling everywhere. Given the price I paid, I expected a much better experience.

As soon as i got there i got in line to check in . I waited about 3 minutes as two employees are in front desk chatting it up . No help i go to kiosk . It doesnt take my ID. I go back to check in and no one there wait another 4 minutes standing there no one comes out to help . Finally a worker gets out of back area and goes to talk to another lady on left side who is on a desk and no one can see her. I ask the employee if i can get assitance and ahe says to go with thw other lady sitting.. remember we are here to visit and have been sitting in car several hours tired . And stil room is all dusty .
