Not the first time that I've stayed at this property. The Nugget is a great hotel. Great location and several places to eat inside the hotel as well as nearby. Definitely worth it.

Smoky, musty, ventilation bad, hot hot water from both sides of sink. Bad experience for family. Kids didn't want to play in game room even, so stinky. I would like refund in its entirety.

Our pillow cases were dirty with make up stains, the towels were so crunchy from being bleached over and over they were also stained, I think the stains were blood. Corners of our room had dead moths. The nugget smells so bad it made me sick walking through the casino. I felt we paid way too much for our stay. I would rate this stay a 2 star at best.

We were there for 4 days and didn’t have hot water any of the days. We heard lots of other people complaining as well about the lack of hot water. When we asked the front desk they just said too many people are showering- not their problem.
