Very beautiful with modern design. Everything was new and clean. I loved the location with so many shopping and dining options and right next to movie theater. It was very family welcoming.

They overbooked and when I arrived they did not have the room I reserved. They gave me a lesser room and insisted it was more expensive. They had only one person working both the front desk and the bar so I had to wait 20 min before I could check in. The room wasn’t very clean, including hairs on the bed covers. The staff was friendly, in spite of being understaffed and overworked — I do appreciate their kindness.

Newer nice hotel next to a outlet mall.

The place was pretty much like brand new the location is a little weird because it’s in the parking lot of the outlet mall. There are good restaurants within walking distance and a lot of shopping within walking distance a little further from Reno than I was expecting. But not too far. Very close to the freeways and a good view of the mountains all around. Breakfast was OK staff was friendly very quick check in and check out a lot of parking available. Room was in very good condition. A little noisy and very busy outside a lot of car noise and guest activity. But not too bad.

The property is great. Opened October, 2024, so fairly new. I liked that it was situated next to an outdoor mall, so there's lot's of options for food. Only thing i didn't like, was the temperature of the shower....not very warm at all. It's kind of shocking actually that they expect you to shower in lukewarm water. This place would get a 10 if they bumped up the water temperature.
