Great location, very clean, one staff person extremely helpful and kind, another one not so much. Maybe he was new. The breakfast was great but could use someone to monitor the food area and tables for clean up.

My experience was amazing, they had Maintence problem which was difficult in the beginning but once they gotten it fixed it was spectacular! and the breakfast they provided was insanely good! Omg I told everyone about the breakfast and I’ll definitely be back for another stay!

Amazing stay.
We didn't plan to stay here, but the resort we booked and downtown Reno had no power upon arrival. We wanted to find a place to stay so we went here and it was amazing. Service is too notch and the room was amazing. Can't say enough good things about it.

Loved the view from our room of the lake Plenty of shopping and food options within walking distance We were in town for the car show. We had our own car for getting around but all the venues were at that part of Reno Will be staying there next yr. My husband loved the shower and breakfast. I liked their pool hrs Awesome place for sure

Wonderful, clean and fresh hotel. A step above the normal Hampton Inn, especially the breakfast which is definitely better than the typical for this chain. Will stay here again.
