Clean, roomy. Right near the marina with walking path. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast is simple grab and go. Our toilet was really loud and there was some kind of other sound that made it a little hard for some of us to sleep, others slept just fine.

The hallways smelled really bad. There were kids running the halls at night. And I had to take my own towels and trash to the front desk to get replaced. Advertised free breakfast is a yogurt and oatmeal. Won’t be back.

I liked that we could walk to dinner if we had wanted to; the Marina is also close and walkable. Onsite parking was easy and available. We arrived during rush hour from the East, it took longer than it should have to get through the traffic signal to our street which was just "right there". The heat/air unit wouldn't turn completely off, even though the wall thermostat said OFF, that was annoying, but otherwise, the hotel was quiet. "Breakfast" was grab 'n go, so we didn't bother taking advantage of that. Front desk staff were pleasant and professional. Overall, a decent place to stay.

If I could give it a zero I would. I checked in while my husband parked. Within 5 mins I was told by another guest in the elevator that things get stolen from you car; be careful. You could smell a very bad smell thru out the hotel. Weed mostly. My husband came in and said there was a group of men taking apart a bike and another group smoking weed by our truck looking it over. I told him what the other guest told me in the elevator; we went down to the deck. We asked the clerk. She did CONFIRM that there is a homeless problem and that YES there have been break ins. When we asked for a refund (5 mins after checking in) we were denied!!! It was only after I called in complaining to Expedia that I was able to get a refund. This hotel is a dump!

Really close to a nice Lake/marina. Nice walking trail around it and playground for kids. The room was clean, fresh, and very roomy. We loved it! And they treated our pet like family!!

The property itself was nice, conveniently located, and in good condition. Only two complaints, first there was quite a lot of other peoples hair in the shower. More significantly, the hotel didn’t allow you to control the thermostat. It was set at 70 and you had no option to change it. I wouldn’t stay there again just based on that detail.
