Customer Service mainly the operators are incompetent. They take your call from some call center. Was a frustrating experience. The property is great. The people that work for the call center make it difficult for patrons.

Front desk staff was great, check-in was quick. Room overlooked some type of equipment that was noisy through the night, so we didn't sleep well. Valet service coming in was subpar and the most irritating was not being apprised of a parking fee which other hotels don't charge. Why pay a "resort fee" if parking not included. Overall an average stay, was hoping for more.

Stay was good, not a lot of amenities…was hard to even find a drink mid day, mid week. Area around the hotel was very quiet, had to rent a car to get anywhere fun.

2nd day of my stay I arrived apr.3pm and music was piped in to my room very loud. Hotel desk shifted me to different room & floor. Still same problem. Again went down to front desk and was checked in to another floor and room. No more music and completed my stay. Just a lot of moving around I didn't like but all else was good.

We started off on 5th floor but there was loud motor noise from what we didn’t know. Ended up changing rooms which was much better. Hotel rooms are very much out dated. Towel rack came dislodged from wall. Bathroom door would not close. No fan in bathroom so it was like a sauna full of steam.

Staff were excellent. Unfortunately, we had to change rooms as the first room was roasting and we could not turn down the heat. They gave us another room which was perfect. The only complaint was that the pillows were so uncomfortable and we had to use towels or fleece jackets as pillows!

I had a great stay. My son was part of the Washoe county sheriff graduation. I book for two nights ,but we left after tye graduation as we live in Bishop. Unfortunately i guess i used a off site to book rooms and the desk told me i couldn't cancel there. So payed for night i didn't need. Learned a lesson.
