The room was huge and very clean. They have done some great updates. We had the suite which included a kitchenette and large living room space. It was very spacious. The bathroom was a little small but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay.

Bombed out uncomfortable bed with stained sheets. Bathroom so tiny you can barely enter it bc the door opens into the toilet. The staff just gaslights but won’t lift a finger to do anything about guests that are behaving in wildly rude and inappropriate ways ruining the stay for other guests and directly making it so other guests don’t get what they paid for (although why should minimum wage staff do anything)

Always a pleasure to stay here. Desk clerks are always friendly and helpful. Pet friendly is a plus also. Parking lot and pet area well lit after dark.

Stay AWAY from renting this property. We booked this non-casino property for 2 nights from 01/02-01/04, looking at the 9.0 rating on Expedia. Most of the 10/10 review now looks fake to us. We arrived at 2am. The room did not have enough bright lights and desk lamp didn’t work. Also the bathroom towel rugs was used, dirty with mud marks, wasn’t replaced. We neglected and lived with these issues. The property is on the busy road and there is noise from normal vehicle and police car sirens during the night. The main issue occurred during the 2nd night. At around 4am the renter next door started playing TV at very loud volume and shouting loudly. From 4:20-4:45am I had to call the front desk 3 times. The issue didn’t stop at all. I kept calling till 5:10am, but they stopped picking my calls. I checked with hotel reservations and they had new rooms available to rent. I left a note for hotel customer care about this noise issue. It persisted so out of frustration and lack of sleep, I decided to go to the front desk myself in the cold freezing temperatures to see security person watching TV and front desk away, no one picking my call. Finally front desk person came and bluntly told me that he did what he could and can’t help us more, no rooms to move us..LIER. I had security come inside my room to listen to the noise, but it wasn’t loud ENOUGH for him. He spoke with renters and left. They blasted the TV sound even more. Finally we left early in tired state. STAY THE HELL AWAY!!
