The rooms were very nice and things were well taken care of. By only complaints, which you can only do so much about where the neighbors I had the evening of my stay they were loud and obnoxious around my front door and stayed outside until about 11 with horns honking alarms going off I mean, it’s Reno so I let it go. As I’ve said with the last three out of four places, I’ve stayed have somebody clean the drains once in a while.

Our Daughter was having surgery early in the morning. Booked and prepaid for a room at your hotel. On the day of surgery, the staff was very understanding and allowed us to check in early. This was very nice of them to do.

I had surgery stay at hotel because i had to see doctor at 8am next morning got to hotel at 240pm after surgery was still on anesthesia. Desk clerk would not check me in until 3 o’clock in fact refused to check me in until 3 o’clock, and my husband was checking me in our room was ready at 2:40 when I arrived. Couldn’t check in until 3 PM. won’t be back. Declerk needs a little training in customer service.
