The hotel is very nice and modern. Even though we turned the AC off it was still running. The room could have been cleaner, hair in the shower, finger prints on the doors, mirror, not vacuumed. Other than that excellent hotel.

The staff was very courteous and professional. However, 4/6/25 night I asked the man at the bistro counter if he could get me a couple of coffee pods and he said he couldn't. I asked if he could get me a couple of sugar packets, he said yes and said he could get me beer or a drink . I said I didn't want alcohol , I would like the sugar packets. When he returned, he was rude and handed me the sugar packets and walked away when I tried to ask him a question. His demeaner was terrible .

Overall this booking was a bust. The indoor pool was a disappointment being so cold, the price for the room was obnoxious, no breakfast included with the Expedia bookings, the room was nothing special, really uncomfortable beds, the bath was not useable for my small kids and had to just do the shower, staff was very nice though so I'll give them that. I won't stay here or at another Marriott ever again

Disappointing

Front desk girls were great. Bistro was disappointing for dinner. Was told there was breakfast from 6-10. Went down at 6:30am, nobody around. Two employees working together with a customer at the desk. After waiting around for several minutes, went back to the room and went out for breakfast. Shower had very little water pressure. 2nd night it was windy, and tv signal kept scrambling, couldn't watch anything.

The shower faucet on “HOT” was ice cold the shower faucet on “COLD” was ice cold. the shower faucet turned to the middle was barely lukewarm at best. Provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that conditioner bottle on the wall was empty. I informed the front desk for her upon checkout, she said, “oh sorry! Have a good day.” Ugh

Newly built Marriot. Nice clean rooms. All the amenities. Not fancy. Plenty of plugs for electronics though. The staff was great. Bar downstairs and hot food to purchase
