The staff was great Front desk was very helpful. The property was neat and clean. No desk chair. No lotion in the bathroom. The noise traffic starting at 5 AM was horrible.

This is a brand new property and everything is very nice. They have a nice bar/restaurant area as soon as you walk in and you can see the gym from the street. The elevator is quick and the room exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was luxurious. The room had all of the standard conveniences. The bed was comfortable and the location is convenient to food and gas stations.

There was a serious issue with security. Another guest with the same last name as myself was checked into my room. They entered my room while I was there and were as startled as I was. If I had been out to dinner and the other party had been someone dishonest, they could have taken all of my belongings and left. I also could have been coming out of the shower, or my wife and I could have been in a compromising position, etc. I know this was an honest mistake, but something should be done to ensure that this cannot happen. Between that, and the conditioner dispenser falling of the wall in the middle of the night, I was not able to get a restful night of sleep.
