Amenities were great! People over were really nice specially Efren and his crew at bar/ restaurant downstairs. Over my stay was good I did encounter a few little details with my room but it was taken care of. Food quality was okay. Drinks were really good! I will stay again, I would just do a better walk through before setting in next time.

Pleasantly surprised... Definitely out of the way (GPS robot overlord took us thru a ... quarry? refinery? Very "Hills Have Eyes" vibes rather than straight up I-80 to USA Parkway) but comfortable, clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. About 20 miles away from downtown but easy drive in. Overall, highly recommend for a few nights or just passing through.

Great property, 20 min from downtown Reno as long as there isn’t traffic. Staff was fantastic! Very accommodating and the gym was amazing. There is no hot tub on this property 😞

Happy but hungry

The stay was a quick overnight in the middle of a long drive. The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom could have looked cleaner however. I think the shower has gotten stained and it looked kind of dirty. My only other complaint was that it was a Saturday night and they didn’t have the restaurant open. The only other areas to eat nearby was fast food. I will stay again.

It was nice, just some ventilation issues in the pool area. It smelled as if the cement was still curing. The coffee in the rooms, yuk but convenient. Just haven't used take creamer in so long, it wasn't worth my filtered water cost lol. Had to buy from downstairs and they had no change. Great place to sleep, just a lil noisy ac/heater. But it was very comfortable and the staff was nice. Would visit again, but pass on the coffee!

The hotel is very nice and modern. Even though we turned the AC off it was still running. The room could have been cleaner, hair in the shower, finger prints on the doors, mirror, not vacuumed. Other than that excellent hotel.
