We were here for a basketball tournament. I usually bring a wagon to carry our bags, snacks, etc. to make it easier. The elevator from the lobby was broke, so we had to use the handicap accessible lift 2-3 places to just get to the elevator. Once we got to the room, it smelt like rotten eggs. There was a bobby pin on the nightstand that wasn't mine. The toilet paper holder was hanging off of the wall. The next afternoon when we returned to the room after it had been cleaned, the smell was even worse. We did move rooms thankfully! There was always a line to wait in to use the one set of elevators. We called for pillows, and the guy that brought them was young and sucking on a lollipop when delivered. It was dingy, run down, so hard to navigate where to go in the hotel, and not the best experience. It was bed and shower and that was about it.

This is a big resort. We parked on one side and had to carry luggage to the outher side. This is a family resort so be ready for a lot of kids. But the casino was nice. Live music was playing and plenty of food options.
