Nice place to stay if you habe kids. Room was clean. Bit of a journey to find your way around as there are escalators not working. Elevator had a bit of a wait at times. Self check in and check out made it simple. Food court and game area was great for kids.her favorite was the fro yo. We had a pleasant stay and would stay again here when in Reno.

Overall, it was a great stay. There was only one staff member that was rude enough to us for a lady I didn’t know to make a comment. however, it was only one person, and it didn’t ruin our stay. You can tell the rooms are outdated, but they were very comfortable and with the age of the hotel, I would expect it. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of options for restaurants to eat within the row. We would stay there again if we come back to Reno.

Confusing

With 2 hotel buildings and 3 multi-level garages, it is far too easy to get lost! I got lost and turned around (within the place) 3 times! The hotel was really nice. But I'll never go there again.

The resort fees are useless - pays for phone use (everyone has cellphones) and 4 Starbucks Keurig pods. Coffee shops aren't open early, 3 of the elevators were broken, so lines were long for the towers.

I was trying to check in before 3pm. my original stay was from midnight on but it would not let me check in until Sunday at 3pm. I tried calling and my reservation on my phone was to check out on Monday and not on Sunday like it says.
