While the room itself looked spectacular, the refrigerator was tiny and never got cold; There was no microwave and the hot and cold water labels were backward on the shower . The TV only offered local channels and I could not even access my own Netflix account on the TV. The one thing I REALLY needed from my stay was a functional coffee maker and the one in my room worked ok on the first day, but on the second day it spewed coffee and coffee grounds everywhere. I was charged a $40/day "resort fee" though I was there on business and didnt use any of the facilities. While its my own fault maybe for not reading the fine print on Expedia, I wasnt aware there was an additional charge. Essentially almost anything you wanted to do or watch on TV was an additional charge, in ADDITION To the "Resort Fees". I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport and it was one of the least expensive options, and now I know why. Next time I will do more research. Im not a gambler at all, just wanted a decent place to stay and make my coffee in the morning, so I took a walk around the casino but even the BARs were ALL casino games at every seat... no "real" bar at all. The whole experience was like watching a bunch of zombies glued to screens tossing their money away. It was just sad to me. I now know that I am absolutely not in the target market for this hotel and will never make the mistake of staying in a casino hotel again.

I was there for my birthday with family. We left right before daily cleaning. I did not put the sign “do not disturb” up so they can clean up the room and give us new clean towels. We can back around 6pm. The sign got handed up on our door and no clean that day. It was disaster!! Ohh well I wasn’t impressed. Overall it was a nice trip in Reno.

Different Room Next Time
The hotel is very nice with its layout and amendys. However, our room, number 443, was not as comfortable as we had hoped. The pillows weren't very comfortable. All four were the same, usually there's some variety, and they just completely sank flat in the middle as soon as you put your head on it. Also, the heater/air conditioner who was positioned on the far side of the room where the window was but facing sideways. As a result, any air flow was directed along the windows, not into the room. We had to turn the AC way down in order for the far side of the room to be comfortable. We weren't in the room much, except for sleeping, which is good because our window faced a blank wall and a roof under us. The rest of the hotel, as I mentioned, was nicely appointed. The bathroom was very nice! We did order room service about 10:30 at night, and it came quickly and was delicious.
