I was not impressed
I was staying at the hotel for the Rehoboth Beach Marathon and I requested a late check out so I could take a shower after the marathon. The hotel said no and claimed that it was fully booked. Also, the hotel was fairly nice, but it was quite expensive for what you get.

The hotel is dated and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst I have ever experience in a hotel. Everything was pre packaged. Would not stay here again.

We only stayed 1 night. We were there to Cheer on our daughter-in-law in the Rehoboth 1/2 marathon. Rehoboth in general was very busy and I am sure that the hotel was full. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please. Our room was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Awesome location! However, has a cheap motel feel to the property. Access to rooms from an outdoor walkway, air-conditioning/heating unit in the window, which cycles on and off throughout the night with only a hot cold dial. Arrived at 5:30 PM and there was no street parking. First parking lot I pulled into under the hotel around the corner was full. Had to call the front desk while doing laps on the streets to be told and talked through the complicated directions to an underground parking garage which is very tight to get into and out of. The biggest disappointment was breakfast. Only cold items such as muffins from Indianapolis, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice, coffee. Oh, and toast. Maybe apples as well. Very disappointing. Owners: one of the best things you can do to leave a good impression from this low-average motel, is to at leastleave your guests with warm hot food in their bellies.

We booked a suite that had 2 bedrooms so there was enough room for the kids. It was great with a little kitchenette, balcony, jacuzzi tub, etc! The only negative to comment on was that breakfast didnt include any hot food, just packaged items. We thuroughly enjoyed our shoty stay at this hotel and would come back!
