Very clean, convenient location, great value. Includes balcony, mini fridge, mini microwave, continental breakfast, onsite parking. Not fancy, but perfect for us every time we take a Rehoboth getaway. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, boardwalk.

Natrually im not a picky person, i loved it here. The staff was nice, the parking garage is of bad design but had enough parking. our door seemed to have cracks but locked opened and closed fine. the pool looked cloudy and unkempt so we didnt swim but the distance to the beach is unmatched for the price. Everything is walkable and i really enjoyed my stay here. The beds were comfortable and the room had microwave and mini fridge, ill be staying here again.

Overall stay was excellent, staff was amazing. My only complaint was parking, it was very tough parking due to small spaces. Also on my next stay I am going to request a higher floor. There are dog friendly rooms on the first floor and my room was on the second floor and heard dogs barking early in the morning.
