The property was well maintaned outside. Inside there were a few things holes in the walls in our room and something black on the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast was a good assortment of muffins, doughnut holes, eggs and waffles. They also has yogurt and cereal. Drinks too: milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee and tea. The staff was very nice and helped whenever we need anything from bedding, towels or direction.

The hotel was great, very clean (the pool too!)and accommodating. Five stars for Joe who was super helpful. When there wasn't a luggage cart available, he helped us with our bags and groceries. Our only issue was the mini fridge which defrosted/had pooling water inside.

It’s an okay hotel to just lay your head for the evening! The shower had mold and mildew in it. That’s never okay. The staff was very friendly though!

I liked that it was around many shopping areas and restaurants. I didn't like that it was too far to the beaches. Hard to maneuver across Coastal Hwy.

We will definitely stay at Sleep Inn again. The location was in Midway, right between Lewes and Rehoboth. Very convenient location for our 3-day trip. Staff was wonderful and our room was great!

The biggest disappointment was the noise level. We heard stomping and running around every night almost to midnight from the room above, or possibly the hallway above. The front desk was called each night and we were told they would reach out to the occupants. Lesson learned - always request the top floor!

Stayed here before about 3 years ago. Feel could be updated. Not enough luggage carriers. Women at desk didn’t seem concerned people standing around waiting for one . Another customer actually helped my mother and I get our luggage to our room. Who knows what time we would have gotten to our room. Just wished the women at the desk took this more serious as an issue. The shower was a definite hazard as I was warned by a gentleman in the lobby. Not enough non skid strips on floor of shower. He was not kidding it was not only his shower it was also ours. Very dangerous. So definitely feel needs to be updated. Pool is very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome pla e for kids and pets !! Free Breakfast and parking. Best value in area.Very close to Cape Henlopen State park and Lewes and Rehobeth beaches. The entire front desk crew are very friendly abd accomidaying to all our needs. Our first time to Rehobeth & we will be back.

This hotel is very close to the Tanger outlets. While there is a sidewalk, some may not be comfortable walking on the side of Route 1. However, it is surrounded by restaurants and convenience amenities. The staff is very nice. My king room had a microwave and mini fridge which made life easier. A limited breakfast is served every morning and there is a small heated pool. This is not a fancy hotel, but is definitely worth the money and is a great budget friendly deal a 15 minute drive to Rehoboth and other beaches.

1st stay at a Sleep Inn
Wanted something on an upper floor. Got 1st floor instead. No housekeeping on the first day. The pool was fun. The coffee was amazing. The food was average typical. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed using the grills.

The front desk staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Main Hotel areas and rooms were clean and comfortable. The biggest problems were the very small bathrooms, and most troublesome, the lack of any sound proofing of the adjoining room door. We could hear full conversations of the family in the adjoining room, who didn’t go to sleep until well after midnight. Would not stay here again for only that reason.
