Of note, this is a higher rating than I originally was going to leave this establishment. However, there are certain things that cannot be overlooked. We stayed here two years ago and had a wonderful experience, so I think this is a new owner. Setting aside initial chaos regarding the room key situation and restocking the room, this staff has no clue how to treat people. Good customer service requires humility, graciousness, and attention to detail. After making several egregious mistakes in the beginning, I felt the owner (and her family? maid service) were actually pissed off at me. When you make a mistake, you apologize and are *nice* about it, at the least. I also don't want to know how much cable would be costing you a month. The last straw was the lack of consistent cooling at night. Every night I woke up at around 3/4am, because the cooling system would either become much weaker (not blow out cool air) or was programmed to reduce energy usage. For me, that’s a dealbreaker. I’m sorry but you cannot cut corners in this way… I’d rather have less cooling during the day, bc most people are at the beach or out-and-about, and consistently cool temps at night. Also, if you are charging boutique hotel prices, the pillows should be of high quality- not consist of two small pillows and sheet material packed tightly together to look like one long pillow. Customer service 101. Overall, it is highly unlikely we will not be returning, and ironically, this may please the owner!

Clean, parking was convenient, and even with the big bar playing music across the street, the rooms were quiet. Our room was a little bit small in person compared to the photo but overall had a good experience and would recommend to a friend! I like that the hotel was a little bit away from the beach so you can avoid big crowds but still walk to a restaurant/coffee shop.

Cute little renovated motel. Rooms are tiny but very cute. Beds were super comfy. Cons - hard to get out of the lot and make a left to head towards the beach because it’s just past Church St. and the traffic is brutal in that spot. We ended up going right, turning onto church and making a u turn to get back to the light to safely make a left. I also think it’s a little pricey for location/amenities. With that being said, I’d stay again.

Clean, beautifully decorated accommodations. Jadene was a pleasant, helpful hostess. The reception hour and continental breakfast were a nice touch. While the rooms and bathroom are small, our family suite had a nice living room and kitchen area that provided more space and was very comfortable. Conveniently located to walking/ biking paths and a the walk to the main town and beach were not far and had plenty of shopping and food options along the way. I recommend Ocean Glass Inn for a affordable, comfortable and convenient stay in Rehobeth Beach.

This is an absolute Gem in Rehoboth Beach. We stayed for one night and really wished we could stay another just because of how lovely the environment was. Our room was clean, stock with fresh towles, water and enough blankets and pillows for everyone. The location is great and we cannot wait to return

We had a fine stay at Ocean Glass. The room was fairly clean, cleaner than most hotels/properties I've stayed at when on vacation. Pros: clean, easy check in and check out, A/C in the room was powerful, room was cute and simple, easy parking at the property, ammentities like shampoo/body wash, the shower had nice big shelves to hold all of our items (which feels like a rarity.) Cons: 15-20 minute walk to the beach, driving OUT of the property can be a bit tough (making a left turn to head towards the beach is downright impossible), no couch/seating in the room other than the bed, not a lot of counterspace in the room, there's a bar/nightclub right across the street so there were multiple cop cars there the one night (which was a bit concerning), and above all else: the front desk office closes at 5pm when you're only allowed to check in at 3pm. Not a huge window to catch them in-office. Key pick up was very easy with the drop off box they had and we thankfully didnt really need to interact with the staff our whole time there, but we were more concerned with this as in: what if we had an emergency in the middle of the night? or had an issue with our room at check in at 5:30pm? or there were noisy neighbors that needed addressed in the night? or some other possibility? We werent really sure how that worked... do some of the staff live on site or something? We wouldnt have known where to find them/reach them. All in all, we'd probably stay here again. I'd give it a 7/10. 👍

We stayed one night as we were driving back home from a beach vacation in Virginia. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was small offerings but perfect for a quick meal and nutritious. The owner was very kind and helpful. The inn is close enough to walk to the beach and boardwalk (about a mile). I highly recommend this inn for a stay

The family cottage was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The continental breakfast was lovely, including freshly made items and mimosas. Close to the beach and to shopping of all kinds. Staff were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!
