We really enjoyed our stay here. Facilities were clean and comfortable and staff was friendly. We had an excellent dinner at the Lighthouse one of the evenings we stayed here. We will definitely book a stay here again when we return to the area next summer.

Hyatt Place at Dewey Beach is conveniently located across the highway from the beach. Dog-friendly. Kid-friendly. Clean. Good food options nearby (Grotto pizza) and good restaurants a short drive to Bethany Beach. Only drawbacks were the gym (lop-sided Peleton) and location near poorly lighted indoor pool. Laundry room needs to be kept clean, too. That aside, I would stay here again.

Nice location and well kept property right on the Bay with the ocean a few minutes away. And dog friendly. Housekeeping could be more attentive when specifically requesting the room be cleaned in the morning when we were out, which did not happen two of three days. Otherwise the room was serviced well.

The staff were very helpfull. The Hyatt is a beautiful hotel.The breakfast was awesome! The check in was a breeze. I liked the parking garage.

Beautiful property right in bay and a short walk across the street to public ocean/beach access. Breakfast buffet decent for complimentary and we liked the access to free beach bikes. Was also able to walk to tasty restaurants, souvenir shops and mini golf with my teens.

Convenient to different places , beaches, dining, shopping Tanger Outlets. The hotel has breakfast available which was good beacause I was travelling with family (kids). Had no issues with the room or parking even though spaces were a little small. I will stay here again.

Room was tidy and AC worked great, free covered parking and all very safe, lots of options to walk to for eating and shopping beach access However for the price of over $700 a night it was not a good value it lacked the amenities of that type of price tag

Hotel location is perfect . Close to everything . Room 108 I would not suggest you hear everything from 6am on . There was a room mix up but the customer service attempted to help by giving us credit via restaurant . All and all I still recommend.
