Ease in making the reservation with Expedia but the hotel was very nice & clean. Rooms were great; shower was awesome. Liked the room set-up. I waited almost 10 minutes for the desk clerk to appear and we did go around a few blocks trying to find the right hotel but I would stay there again.

Lots of kids in the hotel as there was a baseball tournament in the area thermostat did not work. Refrigerator did not work and they put us on the first floor with a four month old baby. We could not open the shades as of cars parking right in front of the window. And there was a small dog barking in the room next-door for two days.

Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Easy access to reach property. Unfortunately ice machines were not working, but desk clerk gave me some from the bar. This venue is used often by traveling youth sports teams, so it could get noisy. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was well organized and above average in terms of offerings.

There aren't a lot of hotels that have the interior of the Hyatt House. If you pay a little extra for the rooms above standard, you get a little apartment with a sink and dishes. It's so CUTE! The only thing is the breakfast/restaurant are advertised as one thing, and then it looks nothing like advertised. That would be my only complaint.
