We were in town for a music festival. My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere quiet where we could relax before and after the craziness of Ocean City and the festival. Brighton delivered. Our room was nice, and it was very conveniently located close to shopping and the beach. We were able to park in the garage right on site which was very convenient as well.

The referbishing was lovely but no improvement on sound proofing from other guests. We love that it’s so close to the Main Street and we could walk everywhere.

Welcoming hotel in a great location
This is our second time staying in a king suite. We love the location and the staff is super friendly. Highlights are the beach chairs and beach towels available to use as you wish. The rooftop has plenty of lounge chairs to sunbathe and there are also tables and chairs up there to enjoy a meal. We also like keeping our car in their secure garage. All of Rehobeth is walkable from this Hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. They even offer chairs and towels for the beach! The location was central to lots within walking distance. The suite itself was spacious and clean. Only downside was the parking. It can get a little tight in the garage.

We were greeted with a hello ever time we walked in the lobby. Our room was clean. All the staff were friendly when would see them in the hall. The only thing was a bit just ok was the elevator is slow. And the water pressure was a bit lacking. We will go back again.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was close enough to the boardwalk and the beaches. The staff was friendly. The rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

We stayed here near the end of September, just after the off-season started. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the boardwalk, beach, shops, and restaurants. Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean! Our room was cleaned every day and refilled with any toiletries and towels we needed. Staff & Service: The staff was very friendly, always greeting us whenever we would come or go. Property condition & facilities: This is unfortunately where things aren't so great. The hotel is old. The elevator is abysmally slow, especially for only going to 5 floors, we often took the stairs. The furniture in the room was also old, and our bed had a large space behind it that smelled of old dust and musty, not a great thing to smell while trying to sleep. Also, the reviews about the paper thin walls and the sounds of flushing toilets are verified, they are quite loud and startling the first few times you hear it. The pool was nice, but the floor around the pool was like walking on needles and very uncomfortable. The pool was small going from 3-4 ft, but it was indoor! Parking was easy for the most part as they have a small garage under the hotel, but it was very tight and had limited spots. During peak season, the garage may not be the easiest place to find parking. Overall: Despite a few shortcomings, we still had a very nice stay! If you don't mind the older amenities, the tradeoff for a great location, friendly staff, and clean stay is definitely worth it.
