The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very clean, spacious, not the best hotel bed & pillows, but were comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of things, but wasn’t anything to be write home about.

Enjoyed breakfast and slept well.But didnt know what we were watching on tv it would help with instructions and no paper and pen to write on either .Just wasnt happy about bathroom tiolet dispenser and shower floor .

Some staff were nice others definitely acted like you've interrupted their day at being there. Pet friendly hotel in a cement jungle no grass area anywhere. Had no idea it was paid parking at the huge price of almost $200/N, definitely could have been included or atleast been offered the secured underground parking which is the same price as your vehicle being exposed. My room was a corner unit at the busy intersection so sleep was minimal room was overall clean, ac unit super loud/rattled and fridge was glued back together zero regular tv channels, a few news, sports, detour and a movie channel.

Convenient location for our visit, friendly staff and good variety for breakfast The room was very nice and clean but I think there was something wrong with the tv as a number of channels just showed an error message on the screen. This was not a big deal as we were not in there much to watch tv. Would stay again.

The staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. It was a little frustrating that the TV channels weren't working properly and the area around the hotel wasn't overly attractive. It is on the corner of a busy intersection, so can be loud - especially on the weekend.

Didn't like the charge for parking per day. Didn't like that my room key kept being disabled - had to go to the front desk pretty much everyday to get it reactivated. This was my second stay at this location for work. I will be travelling to Regina a fair bit, I love Wyndham - just not this location. Nothing to do with staff - they were great - location downtown is not my cup of tea.

Overall a nice stay. Rooms and building are a Bit dated as is decor. We paid for parking, which is a disappointment it’s not included for the price. Room AC worked but the fan was very loud !

Front desk woman upon check-in wasn’t pleasant. Felt like she didn’t want the business there or they didn’t want to be there. Really awkward when it comes to a service industry position, didn’t bother to provide wifi access code, even when I called the front desk numerous times I decided to go down to front desk and sure enough the front desk phone kept ringing and the same woman who wasn’t dealing with any person at the time chose to ignore the ringing phone. The breakfast providing employee was doing an excellent job and was smiling and friendly and she was hustling to keep things moving smooth! A+ for breakfast provider today.
