We arrived around 4:50 pm and our room still wasn’t ready. Not until about 5:15, we were given a $10 voucher to spend at the restaurant as an apology. Honestly annoying, we checked the menu and would have had to spend more to feed the 3 of us for a whole $10 off. Staff seemed a bit rude upon check in. One of them ignored us and helped someone who walked in while we were waiting to be helped. No rules enforced in the “waterpark” (kids diving into the pool next to the no diving signs, overflowing the top of the water slides so it came down over the top floor). The pool is so small. Not really a “waterpark”. Pool staff blasting music on their phones. Room itself was clean but STUNK like perfume. We were trying to push past it all but when we went to put our child to bed on the sofa bed, it didn’t have bedding on it. It did have gross stains though! We had to call down at 9:40 pm and wait for them to bring two sheets, a thin fleece, and two pillow cases? Not even a pillow. Also a huge gap under the door that made me uncomfortable, so a rolled up towel went there for the night. Not worth the hype. My husband who rarely complains said he wasn’t impressed. He did say the lady who checked him out was a lot nicer than the staff before. Also, the housekeeper saw us leaving the 4th floor and was very sweet to us and our daughter. We won’t return.
