I didn’t care for my stay there the second last day there was no water, you had to pay $15 a day for parking which I find pretty stupid , bed was hard. The only good thing was it was a quiet hotel

Upon arrival no place to park. They have 20 spots to park. Other parking is across the street very inconvenient. Upon arrival people doing drugs near front entrance. After check in went to room and it was wide open and unlocked. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Hotel had no water on Saturday evening a water leaked caused lobby to flood. We were forced to leave early as we needed water to shower/bathroom. We asked for a refund for a day early as we left and the front desk person said NO nothing we can do for you. Oh ya another thing they charged us for parking for the day we left as well. I have stayed in many hotels. This place is a dump not cleaned. Not sure how the hotel passes building inspector.

Terrible parking, not enough staff at check in time, house keeping only every three days, my request for extra towels was ignored and I had to take some off the housekeeping trolley, and when we had a plumbing issue (plugged toilet) I was given a plunger to fix it myself because no maintenance staff were there.

Our hotel room smelt like cigarettes as soon as we walked in. The bedding wasn’t clean as there was marker all over the bedsheets. The “complementary breakfast” was a breakfast sandwich, with a hash brown and a free coffee. But there was zero coffee, cups or creamer. The breakfast sandwich had half a slice of bacon on it.. couldn’t even put a full slice on. Definitely not we expected, won’t be staying at the Quality inn again. The pictures online made the hotel look to be way better quality than what it actually was.

Overnight stay for a medical. Thought we would stay close to appointment location so we chose the Quality inn b/c of price. Bad move. Pay $15 for parking. Sketchy as hell. And walking from parking to hotel late at night not very safe?? Next time I will pay a little more and drive a little farther and stay at a safer location

We will stay again

Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and the bed/mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast and parking were both good.
