The pillows were lumpy. I could not connect to the wifi, and when I did, the signal was lousy. The lobby was under construction. The clientele was sketchy, men with face tatoos walking around. The breakfast bar seemed unorganized, I had to ask for cream at the coffee station, I had to ask for ketchup where the hot food was. The worker gave my two small packets. The bed was supposed to be queen but it was a double. There were no extra pillows nor blankets.

Called twice to confirm an early check in and was guaranteed it both times and once we arrived we had to sit there for over an hour and the girls working the front were very unprofessional; sitting on each other, on their phones, laughing and talking loudly. No regard that we were standing there for a room. Once in, everything was good

It was good The toilets are a perfect size for a toddler not an almost 6 foot tall person! Swimming lessons prevented me from swimming Would be nice to have the lessons stop by 6 or earlier Staff were very good!
