Cleaning is iffy

Walked into the room, on the shelf immediately inside the door was an old key card from a different hotel completely, and the hook off a hanger that was snapped off. Beds were not exactly neatly made, shower curtain is crumbling and cracked, not a good look, doesn’t feel clean.

Had to pick a lot of long thick black hairs off the bed and pillows, not sure if sheets were dirty or from the maid making the bed. Kids in the halls were very loud late into the night but staff dealt with it once i called front desk.
