Don't believe the hype... It was all a lie!

First off the pictures that were shown are nothing of what the room looked like. I checked in fine and went into the room to my surprise it was not what I expected. It was the temu version of the picture. It was like a bad version of what I expected vs what I got. I went to get the extra pillow that was in the closet and the pillow case was dirty there was make up on it so I left it when I went down stairs to the front desk the person was nowhere to be found. The toilet seat had gouges in it and I scratched my behind on it. They tvs didn't work. Couldn't watch anything. I was supposed to stay for 4days and I left after the second night. The bed was not comfortable I thought that I was getting a super comfy plush bed and it was not.My first night someone was running up and down the halls screaming . It was honestly one of the worst stays I have ever had in any hotel. I didn't take pictures I have a video though.. believe it please contact me if y'all would like to see it .

We really enjoyed our room. It seemed recently renovated and was excellent. The breakfast was quite slim compared to other hotels I stayed in but was adequate.

Check in was fine as I was able to pre check in. We got there late and had to park in the back parking lot. It was not lit very well and had to walk around to the side to go inside. The next day when leaving for the morning, found someone had peed on my car door. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are not insulated well. We could hear people talking in the next room, people walking above us, opening/closing their curtains and all the plumbing from the adjacent rooms was loud. Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The room and public areas were all clean.

It was crappy and I am unhappy.

We found many areas that were lacking in cleanliness. The walls in the bathroom were slopped up and it slightly smelt of urine. The carpet was well worn and stained. The door on the side table was hanging on just one hinge where the fridge is. Found a bug under my pillow in the morning, and I am hopeful it is not a bed bug.

Was so bad on arrival that we did not stay. Unfortunately paid the non-refundable rate online. That was my mistake. I thought Wyndham would be a decent brand, and the pictures online looked good. When we saw it, we preferred to just leave. Smelled terrible. Like old cigarettes and air freshener. Run down. Even the sign out front was broken. Many signs in parking lot saying hotel was not responsible for stolen belongings. Did not feel safe.
