Front staff are less than stellar. I accidently forgot a large metal water jug and a plastic water bottle on the front counter while checking in. I realized the next day and called the front desk. They said it was not there. When I went to check out my plastic water bottle that was sitting right beside my expensive cup was still there. Over 16 hours later. When asked to check the cameras to see who took it. The staff said that would take days and they would get back to me. No one ever contacted me. It’s obvious they know who took my cup with all of the cameras around.

The only bad thing was the chlorine was extremely strong in the pool. It burnt our eyes and gave some of us a rash. The kids hardly got to swim as they chose to get out it was so strong.

It was a great stay. We were there for a funeral and they allowed us to check in early. Very accommodating. Kids loved the water park. Was a great stay. We will be back!

We stayed for one night. The room had everything we needed. The TV was temperamental. The juice machine at breakfast wasn't working. The staff were very nice, the breakfast had lots of options, and it was clean.

Clean lobby and room, I did not like our room as it faced a lit roof area. The curtains are permanently open so it was tough to sleep with the light shining directly into our room all night. The breakfast selection was not great. All in all, nice pool and clean facilities, safe location, good price.

Overall we had a great stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The only issue we had was the pool area was a little gross. There were several bandaids on the pool deck and the stairs up the water slide were gross.

We appreciated that the hotel reached out to make us aware of the pool maintenance and to help us find a room that meet our needs When we arrived, we had to wait for 20 minutes at the front desk before someone came to check us in, which was surprising relatively near the check in time. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and several lights all over the property (including in the room) were flickering instead of glowing steadily. Some issues with outdoor cleanliness; some dog feces were left more than 24h without being cleaned up.

The place was just not well taken care of. Some sort of brown smeared goo on every door. The first room we were in had crumbs on the furniture and reeked of cigarettes. We got moved across the hall (the hall also smelled a little of cigarette smoke) where the smell was at least better, but still did not seem overly clean. The pool area was very nice and clean however.

Was a disappointed in the lack of staff for helping at the front. No one answered a phone at the front desk for the last two hours. No towels at the pools. The air conditioner filter was beyond dirty. There was small things that needed repair. Tiles missing. Tape left on the walls.
