The property is getting old and nothing really updated. Crappy old coffee pots in room, alarm clock broken, no USB plugs, no glasses for water, no bedding for the pullout sofa (which is really a pull out chair and narrower than a single bed).

Friendly staff; decent quality
The hotel is fairly comfortable; carpets have been removed and new flooring installed. The breakfast area is sufficient although at times seating there is limited. Options for breakfast are plentiful. The only thing I don’t appreciate is having to pay extra for the ground floor-especially since there are no elevators and I have mobility challenges.

The only things updated in the rooms were the bathroom vanity and tv. Fridge didnt work and the a/c barely worked? Very dated otherwise. Breakfast area is small and gets packed fast! It cost just over $300 for 2 nights. We will be looking for other hotel options in Regina next time.

Our room was on the main floor near the end of the hall and exit doors. Someone left at 3am. They talked loudly and were in and out of the exit doors which kept slamming. This continues on and off for an hour and ten minutes and kept us awake the whole time. It was not a restful night. Plus I found the bed too hard.
