The only thing great about this property was the lovely and understanding front desk staff. Unfortunately, the rooms do not look like pictures advertised, the outside looks like a motel stop for truckers and the room we were given has stains on the bed and was overall very very unkempt. We worried about pests.We did not end up staying more that 5 minutes before going to front desk and letting the lovely staff know this was not up to par. She was so understanding and stated she would be happy to work with Expedia to ensure we got a refund, which she did follow through on. GET THAT POOR GIRL OUT OF THERE she deserves better

ALL of our towels were stained and smelled like old oil…disgusting!! I had to touch up cleaning the bathroom too. The continental breakfast was minimal with a loaf of bread set out with everyone digging their hands in there…again disgusting!

Room smelt like cigarettes , it was obvious housekeeping only vacuums visible areas as we lifted the lower bed curtains we found garbage, and the washroom had an Oder, we also kept the air condition off as it smelt like cigarettes. Staff had AirPods while trying to check in (not professional at all) and the carpet was hard in some areas..

Heating and air conditioning are fantastic. The air conditioner was located on the wall perpendicular to the bed, so cold air flows across the bed as I'm sleeping. Wifi was good and reliable. My only criticism is that the lighting in the room is very harsh, like 5000K white. You need to turn the room lights off very early in the evening or it will mess up your internal clock because your body thinks it's high noon all the time. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

All the facilities are of the worst quality, and when the air conditioner is turned on, it makes a loud noise like being in a construction site. The breakfast is also very impolite.

I booked this hotel needing a one night stay in Regina, and it’s safe to say I’ll never stay here again. A lot of homeless activity in the parking lot and the hotel has signs posted saying they take 0 responsibility, and to add insult to injury they have 0 cameras outside. I was worried sick to keep my car parked here overnight with my belongings inside and was forced to bring 80% of my things inside with me. Lots of crime. Book a stay in Moose Jaw instead.

The room was nice, clean facility, friendly staff. The fitness facility only had cardio equipment, so that was underwhelming. Also breakfast did not open until 7am. I often leave early for work and booking a place with a free breakfast is what I look for but it is very uncommon for a facility to not have breakfast start until 7am. I won't stay there again for that reason.
