The ice machine is inconvenient in that you have to bother the concierge to turn on the machine. It was very convenient to park right in front of the room door and it was clean and updated. We would stay here again.

I have stayed at this location one or two other times and it has always been great for a quiet location it's right next to a grocery store and the rooms are generally modern and clean but this latest experience wasn't quite that.... I was in a room where the shower knob was broken and you could not adjust water , the phone was not only not working but it was an empty shell of a phone with all buttons missing, the floor was covered with a light dust perhaps because construction workers stayed there before me and my socks and feet were covered with dust literally and it smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. The manager was nice to write all these things down and believed that it was not done by me because I let them know as soon as I checked in and did not want to lose a deposit for someone else's problems and damage. It's good that the manager will do something but it was obviously it didn't just happen yesterday and just hasn't been dealt with for who knows how long especially because there were some strange screws inside the water adjustment and they just spun around it was just really strange as if someone attempted to make some kind of makeshift handle for the water... Next time I'll just know not to ask for this room but in general this is a good place and the prices have creeped up a little bit but it is still the best price for what you're getting generally speaking.

I trusted the 5 star reviews and booked a room at this establishment, lesson learned. Upon arrival, I first noticed the smell of raw sewage outside our room. In the room everything appears ok, then you take your shoes off and walk around in your socks, only to see your white socks are now a nasty shade of black. The bed in the 3 bed, room is absolutely horrendous. After a terrible night sleep, woke to take a shower, only to find that the tub does not drain.... Which means you are now standing in your dirty bath water.... And you now know where the raw sewage smells is coming from. Side note: the pool is "down right now", now?? The pool area looked like it had been "down" for the past 20 years! Learn from my mistake, and stay literally anywhere else.

The workers were very helpful. The Hotel was not. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, as were the curtains. The washcloth had a hole in it. The pool was under construction. The room was only $100, but in my opinion that was too much.
