The desk staff was really helpful. I went to my room and found it not cleaned or prepared for checkin. The man at the desk immediately changed me to another room and was very apologetic.

The front desk person was very nice and easy to talk to. The hotel room looked clean when we walked in, but the next morning we saw a cockroach on the desk in the room.

This place is quiet and comfortable. Everything is clean and well kept. There is always parking even when the hotel is sold out. The staff is super friendly especially when we arrive late at night, tired from the drive. The Safeway across the street is convenient for food and anything you forget to pack. Also has a gas station.

Need maintenance
Given a used room by mistake that smelled of smoke, was given the room next door which was clean but also smelled of smoke. Showere knob missing, broken toilet roll holder. Reported to receptionist. No follow up then upon check out was told they won’t release funds till room is checked? None of my first two rooms were checked? No follow up on my complaint. Overall great value, rooms were overhauled and improved but maintenance and standards are poorly maintained, shame because staff were very friendly.

Staff was amazing and friendly. We travel with pets and they found an old chicken McNugget and an old dog bone from under the bed so not sure about the cleanliness but travelling through for a one night stay it was good.

Nice comfortable bed. Accessible room had adequate space for moving around. Safeway across the street. Nice dog park about 1 mile away. Price for room was good.
