Our AC was broken on a 104 degree weekend which was awful, but otherwise it wasn’t awful & we will return. You have to pay for breakfast and it’s literally just a regular standard hotel breakfast, so that sucks. We will go to breakfast next time.

Would never stay here again!

Neighborhood was sketchy with shady people wandering the parking lot at all hours. Rooms were dirty, outdated and uncomfortable. We had to lift the bathroom door to shut it. The air conditioning had no in between speed it just blared. The floor was filthy. The ceiling had what looked to be blood spattering. Beds were so uncomfortable. Awful stay.

The staff was incredible and were working very hard to provide service for a remarkable number of guests coming to the front desk. The key system was their main issue in that in waiting 20 mins in the check in line, there were at least half a dozen guests who had to return for failed keys, slowing check in for all of us. The room as lack a TV remote and did not smell great. The overall condition of the property is poor and could use a significant remodel/refurbish. While nicer than Motel 6, not by much. Had it not been for the people and being road weary, I would have demanded a rate reduction to stay or a refund to a better, less expensive hotel.

Breakfast buffet was decent. Loved that they have Peets coffee inside. The restroom could’ve been cleaned a little better but comfy bed and my pet was happy to.

Thai property was among the worst I have ever visited. There was no available food. There was no tissue and no one at the desk to respond. I hate the wood floor, it was appeared dirty and there was no soap in the dispensers in the bathtub! Over all horrible and again no service people to help!!

Very poorly managed. Woke up to a cockroach crawling across my face and another on the wall!!! Also, 1 towel in the bathroom? Took another 15 mins just to get another towel for a party of 2 stay...I had to cancel my upcoming stay here, never staying here again.

We had to switch rooms because the room was dirty, the second one wasn’t much better. Outdated everything. The curtains were stained and dirty, there was another guests old trash under the bed and pink soap scum in the shower. It definitely needed a deep clean and updated things like; furniture, new bed covers, shower curtain, and curtains, and it wouldn’t be so bad. We liked the shower pressure, and sliding glass door to the outside. The pool area was nice but pools were dirty. We won’t stay here again.
