Carpet so stained I couldn’t tell if it was pet stains or blood. Stains everywhere. La Quinta should be ashamed of how they let this property go. I feel sorry for staff too. Security cameras broken. Kids running screaming around until 1:30 AM. Rooms painted but overall in disrepair. Came from Grants Pass the night before and expected the same quality. What a disappointment. Take better care of your brand La Quinta. Too risky for me to use again.

It had a bed. The sheets appeared to be clean. Aside from that? We didn't have much confidence in the cleanliness of the room and the property. Also, the breakfast was about as non existent as it could be.

We were placed in a handicap accessible room on the main floor and situated between an exit and a staff lounge. This was fine and not a problem. The bed and furnishings in the room were fine. The carpet was stained. The tile in the shower had been painted and was pealing and had what appeared to be mold. I could not bring myself to shower there. The last thing was that the light above the sink did not work although the overhead light did.

Check in staff was friendly, the first impression, lobby is nice and landscaping maintained in front. The deferred maintenance could be better on the property. They accepted Pets and that was important and the rate was reasonable. Our room had a filthy carpet, the window (aground floor unit) did not latch so anyone could open it from outside. Fire alarm was covered in Sarah wrap had to ask front desk to remove it, not safe. The shower had no grab bars anywhere and the sides were slippery, felt unsafe. The free breakfast was good and a nice variety for different appetite preferences. Non smoking, but cigarette butts littered the sidewalks around the pool courtyard. It is in a convenient location with a nice steak house in the same parking lot. Over all just ok, would most likely not stay there again.

I am not sure the room had been cleaned or the sheets changed prior to our use. The TP didn't look like it had been checked (no "V"), and there were hairs in the shower. Lots of dirt around the window, and also along the edges in the bathroom. The breakfast was marginal as well -- only water came out of the O.J. dispenser, etc. We arrived fairly late so spent the night, but checked out early the next morning to find a better place to stay.

Disappointed - Needs Major Renovation

I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and paid $274 for two nights in a room with two queen beds. While the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing — especially for a property associated with the Wyndham name. The room itself was very outdated: Popcorn ceiling, a broken table that felt unstable, carpet had a strong musty odor, the walls smelled old, almost like a lingering smoke smell from years ago, no toilet paper holder in the bathroom, the bathroom was very old (outdated fixtures and tile) — though at least it was clean. The room door had visible cracks, didn’t align properly, and felt poorly sealed. On top of that, the side entrance door was broken — it had no card reader or security system, and was simply propped open with a rock. That’s a serious safety issue, especially for families or solo travelers. Check-in was another downside. The hotel registration system was extremely slow, which led to long wait times and understandably annoyed customers. I felt bad for the front desk team who were clearly doing their best with a system that was out of their control. Hopefully, Wyndham’s IT team sees this and updates the system for a faster, more efficient check-in process. I didn’t try the continental breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. The check in experience was Rocky. We arrived at 2:30 and tried to check in before an event we were going to. The lady turned us away and told us check in isn’t until 3:00pm. When we came later in the evening to check in the front desk was experiencing technology issues and had no computer access to check us in. After trying to get support for over an hour he finally did a manual check in and sent us on our way. I felt so bad for him. He honestly did the best he could but got no support from the 3 people he called. The line was forming behind me and the lobby was quickly filling up with guests. He couldn’t check anyone in. I was already frustrated that they turned us away at 2:30 when they had the computers working.

We walked into our room and the smell of urine was so strong it was difficult to breathe. They were completely sold out so we couldn’t move rooms, and all the nearby hotels were booked since it was memorial weekend or we would have left. It is supposedly a non-smoking facility but the pillows and sheets reeked of cigarette smoke. There was dirt in every corner and lots of hair on our pillows and in the bathroom. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
