Gross and broken.

Had to have them switch us rooms, the first room one bed was broken and slanted into the headboard, second room sink was cracked, curtains were broken, and the was hair in the toilet. We didn’t even want to put our stuff away from how creeped out we were about all of it. Next time we will complain and get a refund and stay somewhere else.

First thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the smell of a poorly ventilated room and dusty, there was a few stains on the side of the couch and then when I walked inside the bathroom I noticed pubic hairs inside the tub and on the toilet. Breakfast was alright except for the terrible “coffee “ and the water down orange juice, what can you expect from a complementary? At least they should put a bit more effort on the coffee. Overall a poor experience for me and my family after a long drive from San Diego.

Fair stay.

Room was very nice. It was a little muggy in the room when we first got in. The only issue we had was there was no vent in the bathroom so after showering it would be all steamy which made the room muggier. Also the jacuzzi is under construction so we couldn’t use it. We also loved that the couch was a pull out bed so we all had our own beds. Breakfast was really good both days we stayed.

The beds were terrible. No bed bug covers on the beds. Room was not very clean. Drawers had empty wrappers and dirt inside. Bathroom door was damaged. Dog next door barked at every noise. People above our room sounded like sasquatch having a party. Very uncomfortable stay. Breakfast and staff were great! Room was very spacious. Its a shame that better care is not given to the facilty. Could be a great place to stay. Amenities were fantastic.

We book a stay thru expedia. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us they wouldn't rent us a room because we lived within 60 miles of the hotel and we would party too much. Talk about discrimination!

Not for us.

$10 more on Hotels.com but couldn’t wait to hear back from website to have match guarantee. Noisy teens hanging in parking lot till very late laughing/talking. Fire alarm at 9pm. Fire alarm. Was told someone smoking in room. Then told us having issue with sprinkler when water drained? Whatever. Sloppy caulking on tub shower. Awful breakfast.

Definitely recommend!

This is my favorite hotel in the North Redding area for being reasonably priced and very clean with comfortable beds. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast is a nice way to start the day. I have stayed many times and never been disappointed. 👍
