We enjoyed our stay here once again. Glenda and Jackie are very pleasant in the breakfast room keeping the food stocked. Lots of fresh coffee, eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, toast, fresh fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Juice, milk as well. Our room was spacious and clean. Big tv. The staff at the front desk was friendly. April was a wonderful room attendant.

As it was right close to the hospital it was great! I got the big tub to destress, also great. Not the cleanest. There was a dental floss tool left on the floor.

Good location, close to hospital. Recommending that you get higher toilets because we are senior citizens and the toilets are very low. Otherwise everything is great.

SO incredibly disappointing and not worth it
The hotel was really dingy with no conference rooms or meeting rooms, the weirdest room setups especially for the $$$. Bathroom sinks were in main room and the bathtubs creaked like you would fall through. The kingsize bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in.. it was like a 400lb bowling ball left an impressionon the whole right side. The crapets were incredibly stained and when I commented on them at the front desk I was told the stains just keep seeping through.. Then maybe fix the problem!! The Bedroom TV was a nice sized LG business tv, but the suite TV was smaller then a PC monitor. The wifi in the hotel was the slowest I ever experienced, thankfully I could rogers hotspot. The Breakfast was pretty basic but the lady responsible for breakfast was very sweet, kind, welcoming and friendly- totally opposite everyone else. I don't think they said Hi or welcome once over 12 different times coming in and out of the hotel. It was so not worth $100/night
