It was really good place to stay the Front Desk lady was amazing, and helpful she upgraded us to a king suite coz of our pet. Definitely coming back here, highly recommend for sure.

The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and pleasant. Shout out to Julie, Courtney, and Eve! Check in wasn't as smooth because I booked via Expedia and arrived shortly after booking. But the ladies were very accommodating and made sure we were able to get to our rooms quickly after a tiring day. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was well maintained and clean. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Disappointed with Our Stay Unfortunately, we booked this hotel for one night, and our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the lobby appeared run-down and outdated. We were informed that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and while our room had been recently renovated, the quality of the work was poor. The room was not clean—counters hadn't been wiped down, there was hair throughout the space, and we found mold and bugs inside the window frame. These issues made our stay very uncomfortable. Due to the condition of the room, we opted not to stay and instead traveled to a different hotel, which was very clean, modern, and innovative by comparison. I do not recommend this hotel and hope they improve their standards

When I reserved the room, the hotel description indicated 'breakfast for a fee', which means hotel guests get a discount at Denny's restaurant about a block away from the hotel. Room was newly renovated and clean. A bit noisy because it is near a major street.

Your front desk staff is fantastic!! We really enjoyed them. So friendly. We can see the renovations ongoing which is good. The place looked worn and tired. Our room was nice. The toilet leaked and had issues but that's age. TC

This was a last minute booking, we literally booked through Expedia while in the parking lot. The desk clerk was quite busy booking in a hockey team when we went in but made us feel very welcome and ensured that our rooms were close to each other on the same floor.

I understand that they were going through renovations and they were scrambling to find us a room as it wasn't ready. It took them about45 min to finally to get to the room. One room that we were put in, the door wouldn't shut properly, then trying to open it was even harder to open. They moved us again to another room that was better.
