We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. But this time we arrived at hotel a little earlier then check in. We went to the front desk and asked if we can possibly check in the person at the front desk advised us that the room that was assigned to us was ready but we would have to pay a additional 50% extra to check in a little earlier. This was ridiculous this hotel has gone down hill in the last year with their hospitality we will not stay here again

I booked a mini vacation for myself and a jetted tub was a must on my hotel room list. I stated in the presidential suite and it did not disappoint! It was quite nice to have such a fantastic room to chill and relax in. Shout out to Ryan who checked me in the day I arrived. Every time he saw me he said hi and asked how I was doing/how my day was going. Other staff I encountered were pleasant and friendly! Will definitely come back!

I didn't know I have VIP access as front desk never informed, when I arrived slightly earlier they said room not ready and need to head back in another hour. Upon returned, there was a long line up due to a number of guests arrived all at same time, took front desk staff very long time to process one guest booking. I was line up over 20 mins. Room amenities were ok but the shower head water is absolutely weak, the bed mattress coils were pretty much broken, there was no support of the entire back while sleeping.

Very nice hotel and comfortable beds. Was dissapointed restaurant was closed Sunday. Was very impressed pool and hot tub open till 11pm. Hot tub does not have jets, but does have a waterfall. Suggestion to management, perhaps restrict the last hour 10 to 11 to adults only in pool and hot tub. Kids took over the pool area and it was not relaxing in hot tub nor was I able to do lengths in the pool.
