It's quiet, walkable but it's hard to park trucks or even cars because there's only few parking spot in the front and the parking spot are so narrow but overall, I love the hotel, our room, the Filipino staffs, as expected, hospitality was top tier for them, very friendly and accommodating.

This is our second time at this hotel and the staff are so friendly and kind. They are always available for questions. The breakfast is very good and there is ample seating. We have used the seating area to eat dinner (take out) as well. The waterslide is a favourite of my kids with the coloured plexiglass (looks like LED lights and going through a vortex!), and now they ask for this hotel all the time! It's very convenient place if you don't want to stay in Sylvan lake, it's about 25min drive away. We will be back!

Driving up to the building, we were impressed with the cleanliness around the building and in the parking lot - no litter anywhere. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Inside the building was clean and "polished" looking.

Hotle room is good but.......
Overall a really good Hotle. Except the Breakfast could be better. The Breakfast potato's where dry no Bacon and the Breakfast Sausage could be better. More choices of Breakfast would be great. Remember this is not a cheap Hotle this is why the expectations are higher.

Hotel staff did not control the party or wedding or whatever it was. At 10:30 the parties smoke machine managed to wake the entire hotel with their smoke alarm getting set off. This property has a guaranteed quiet time of 10 pm. They clearly flout their own rule by allowing unruly parties. I would like a refund. My children were exhausted the next day. This should’ve never happened.
