The staff showed a great deal of professionalism and very easy to talk to. The rooms were very clean and comfortable sleeping. The only thing is you should have options of ergonomic pillows. Thank you.

Out of the 14 hotels we stayed in on our road trip. This was one of the best (and most reasonable). The hotel was clean with comfortable with spacious rooms. Lacombe was a lovely place to visit with good reastaurants and shops. However the main thing that made this hotel stand out was the staff. They were very welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We felt very comfortable here.

Older hotel but good enough for a short stay. If you are a light sleeper, the train that goes by a couple times a night/morning will definitely wake you up. We had the window closed but it got so hot in the room we had to keep the window open. There is a breakfast included that has some basics (toast, bagels, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, yogurt) which was enjoyed, especially by our little one.

Clean and convenient. Breakfast included is a bonus, Coffee was good. Staff were friendly. Only issue was with regard to the online pre-registration, that was to abbreviate check-in. Although provided on- line, apparently this function is not in use.
